Glad I got a really good, last minute deal on a discount hotel website. The exterior of the hotel looks like it could use a 'face-lift'. In truth it looks more like a sea-side 'motel' rather than a 'hotel' which it is titled as. The lobby and main eating area of the 'hotel' looked like they had been renovated with... More

My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Harbor Hotel with 150 guests most of whom stayed there for the weekend. We had a wonderful experience as did our guests. We wanted to have a great party in a laid back atmosphere. The staff was exceptional. All of them friendly and accommodating. They really worked hard to make... More

Not bad...but not fantastic... Positives: Great location (close to Provincetown - can do a medium length walk or take inexpensive, convenient shuttle into town), close to beaches and all there is to love about the undisturbed Cape Cod seashore, opened hotel room door to see bay and Provincetown tower, fun music and atmosphere in lounge, nice staff, good drinks and... I booked a room for the weekend of 9/13/2014 the day before the long drive to the Cape. I received an email the next day while en route stating that the hotel made a booking error and my prepaid reservation was no longer available. I was told it would be refunded promptly, but here I sit 11 days later, getting... More

Stayed two nights at the Harbor Hotel Providencetown. Booked on hotels.com and only paid $119 plus tax for a bayside room per night. Beds were very comfortable and room very clean. The staff was professional and helpful. Full breakfast ($12.95) was delicious with a wide choice of entrees. Blueberry Pancake Rolls were outstanding. We had a lovely view of the... More

Stayed here for the second year in a row. This year the room prices were significantly higher and they now charge for the breakfast. That was disappointing. Friends who stayed in rooms in back said they had great water pressure, yet my bay facing room had virtually no water pressure in the shower. The shower drain was in disrepair too.... More

We’re glad that you decided to return, although we regret that your recent experience with us was not as satisfying as your first. We have been working to make improvements to our bathrooms... More

We recently stayed at the harbor hotel for 4 days to attend a wedding. The view of the bay is priceless. The décor was very "kitchy" mad men 60's style. Very clean... the staff was wonderful. Having a bar & restaurant on site was so convenient. The blueberry pancakes were to die for!!

Went here for a bachelorette party on labor day weekend and we were pleasantly surprised! Everyone was super friendly the hotel was clean and had all the amenities the website promised. I would have given it 5 stars but the pool area was a little dingy broken chairs, dirty tables, but none the less a great time with music and... More

Stayed during Carnival week 2014. Friendly professional front desk staff, attractive common area, good coffee each morning. Restaurant looks like an old age home cafeteria. Pool not heated, music not current. Rooms not very clean. Hair in tub. Loose toilet seat, that I tightened easily with hand. We got the impression room cleaners live on site and party in rooms.... This used to be a nice place, reasonable rates and free breakfast. No longer; bills are incorrectly charged - their changing a standard room from what was reserved to a room with 2 queen size beds at $20 more per night. They tried to charge us for breakfast even though we were just talking to someone in the dining room.... More
