Just spent Holly-Folly weekend in PTown. As we have in the past, we stayed at the Admiral's Landing. It is one short block from all the shops and restaurants of Commercial Street. The warm & friendly hospitality of Audri & Robyn, the well kept rooms, the fireplaces and the conversation at the tasty breakfast are a few of the reasons... More

A friend of mine wanted to hang out in Provincetown for a holiday weekend, and he ended up booking this B&B. We ended up reserving the "Penthouse" which included a king sized bed, small kitchen area, and a large bathroom with heated floors, large shower, and a jacuzzi tub. The room amenities (including the fireplace) was perfect for a New... More

We recently had an opportunity to return to our favorite guest house in Provincetown Ma. You have got to see the beautiful new rooms added to this already beautiful inn. The recently completed renovation added a brand new building plus beautiful updates to half of the existing rooms. while maintaining the charm and style of the old inn. Wow, larger... More

Admiral's Landing was the ideal spot for our short, post-Thanksgiving get away. Perfectly located, the inn is comfortable, tastefully decorated, and inviting. The innkeepers have taken care of all the little details that helped to make our stay so pleasant. Breakfast was delicious each morning featuring tasty home-made muffins and a different egg dish. Our room was cozy yet spacious... More

Audri and Robyn were excellent hostesses that set the tone for a warm and welcoming weekend. We enjoyed the amazing bed with soft sheets in room 2 and the fireplace made it super cozy. The homemade breakfast with friendly conversation each morning was just icing on the cake. We will be back :) Nov 28 and 29, 2014

We stayed at Admiral's Landing Nov 1-3. We were immediately greeted by Audrie with a warm welcome and big smile. The Inn is well appointed and comfortable. Robyn showed us to our room, and offered help in finding things to do and places to dine. We enjoyed breakfast each morning, comprised of a different egg dish each day, and fresh... More

A superlative find 1 block off Commercial strret this wonderful inn was perfect for a romantic getaway. I'd recommend booking the aft cabin with it's private entrance for secluded privacy. We eloved the fireplace and heated floor in the bathroom, and the rain shower was big enough for two. A nice getaway for a special occasion, the off season rates... More

We stated in the upstairs new addition for our honeymoon and we now want to one day recreate that space in our house one day. Heated bathroom tiles, warm fireplace, comfortable jet tub... The local grocery mart is excellent for grabbing a bottle of wine in minutes and heading back to the room. We also stopped at the Mart for... More

Quality is the word I would use to describe the guesthouse. Breakfast is always a joy. We stayed in the room with the accessibility shower. Let's just say it was a joy to spend time in the room. The room was clean, the king bed was amazing. I am almost 400 lbs and my partner is 270lbs.

Robyn and Audrie were the most gracious hostesses. We loved having breakfast with them every morning. We would be served breakfast when we came down from our room at about 8:30 and end up hanging out and talking almost till noon with them and the other guests. A very welcoming experience. Our room was exceptional. Gas fireplace, refrigerator, spa shower... More
