Just leaving today from a 3 night stay at Admiral's Landing. I just wanted to write this review before I forgot because this place deserves the 5 star rating it has already received, We have travelled all over the world and have never had more friendly and helpful hosts as Audrey and Robin. Breakfast time was so enjoyable sitting around... More

I'd never been to P-Town and wanted to bring my boyfriend on a surprise vacation to celebrate our first year together. What an amazing find! Admiral's Landing was very clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. Robyn and Audrey, our inkeepers, do an amazing job keeping up the property. The house is old, which gives it a lot of charm, and the inkeepers... More

To me, Admiral's Landing is the best of all B&B worlds: one minute's walk from the PTown galleries (perfect for the Friday night gallery walk); quiet location; beautiful AND comfortable decor; super-comfy bed in my room along with state of the art A/C, fireplace, and nicely sized, all-new bathroom; homemade gourmet breakfast that should suit just about any dietary need;... We just left Admiral's Landing after staying for three nights in room 2, and we can't say enough about our wonderful experience. The house is beautiful and bright, and everything is spotlessly clean. Breakfasts are delicious, with a wonderful new baked treat and a unique egg soufflé each morning (in addition to fresh fruit and lots of other breakfast foods... More

My main squeeze and I were the first guests in the newly built Guest Cottage and stayed in the Studio Aft. It was very nice and comfortable with a new king size bed, a ductless noiseless A/C unit and a LARGE bathroom with a great rainfall shower. Audrey and Robyn were great to have breakfast with every morning. Robyn is... More

This place is wonderful. Robin and Audrey are wonderful. The place is very pretty and the hostesses have a genuine passion for this place and what they do. The breakfast is great. I'm not an egg eater and I loved they eggs. Robin also makes wonderful baked goods to enjoy with breakfast or later in the day. A well stocked... More

We stayed at Admiral's Landing for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. First and foremost, Audri and Robyn are naturally wonderful hosts. They are approachable, friendly and went out of their way to help, recommending restaurants and booking our whale watching boat trip for us. More than anything, we really enjoyed chatting with them and getting to know them... More

Lovely inn - we were a bit concerned when we saw our room was right on the street however they have great double pane windows that block noise plus ptown does not have many drivers after 10:00. We loved our room - so bright and cheery with open beams. We also had a decent sized closet and bath. Pretty rare... More

We discovered this Inn through the women's Innkeepers of Provincetown and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room, the breakfast and the experience. Robin and Audri run a warmly welcoming inn that is clean, well maintained and well appointed. The breakfast featured a different egg dish and different fresh muffin or bread each morning. The location is central... More

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Admiral's Landing Jun 6-8 and we left absolutely delighted with the place. Robin and Audrey greeted us so warmly and quickly gave us all the information we needed to make the most of our time in Ptown. We booked Room 3 - believe me, the pictures don't do that room justice. It's incredible!... More
