We are two lesbians who sought shelter after being ill-treated at a lesbian run B&B in P-town. At the John Randall House, Tim and Richard were so kind and accommodating, they virtually saved us from a ruined vacation. Their humor took the edge off our wounded spirits, their lovely comfortable house suited our needs perfectly, their breakfast presentation left us... more

Nice B+B. We decided to go at the last minute, not realizing it was Carnival Week. www.ptown.org noted the inn was still available. Hosts were very accommodating on the phone and in person. They are funny, friendly, campy, and willing to help out. The breakfast treats were fresh and yummy, and included pastries (banana bread, muffins) and some fruit, juice,... more

It would be hard to find a friendlier, cleaner or more comfortable guest house in Provincetown. We arrived without a booking, late at night and but were nevertheless warmly welcomed by the charming owners, Richard and Tim. The rooms are spacious, luxurious and tastefully furnished. The bathrooms are spotless and stocked with plenty of good quality toiletries. NO COBWEBS! Make... more

One of the reasons that made my decision to book my room at The John Randall House is the location. One block away from Commercial Street (the main street) where ALL the action is and far enough away to get a relaxing vacation. My other reason is of course the atmosphere in the home from the owners who remember me... more

After many years of going to Provincetown, MA for vacation I finally discovered a place that I can call my second home and it is The John Randall House in P-Town. The hosts are funny, attentive, kind and very friendly! They not only go out of their way to make sure that their home feels like yours but they go... more

The John Randall House was clean and comfortable and pleasantly quiet at night. It was really convenient to town (its just down the street from the Pilgrim Monument) and transportation (the bus to the beach and the ferries back to Boston were at most a 10 minute walk). The owners were friendly. Cost wise it was on par with other... more

My partner and I stayed at the John Randall House during Women's Week and really enjoyed our stay. The room, though small, was appropriatly priced for the special event week. The room was very clean at arrival(which is difficult to find in older historic homes) and was cleaned each day. The breakfast each morning was outstanding - homemade muffins and... more

A nice, clean guesthouse centrally located in town. The outdoor patio is very nice for breakfast, as were the homemade scones. Staff was friendly and helpful. The price was right for a third floor room without A/C, which I don't mind since nights are cool on the cape. I would recommend the place for people if the price is right,... more
