My wife and I stayed here for the first time in October and absolutely loved this place. It is in a perfect location to the center of town, but not right on the main road (Commercial Street). We were warmly welcomed by Angus, who cares for the Inn. We had a nice comfortable room and the grounds are beautiful and... More

Within steps of attractions this guesthouse is Ideally located and very accessible to points of interest and local restaurants are just a short walk away. You get what you pay for and that certainly is the case here. The rooms are nicely outfitted and come with air conditioning, nice toiletries and a comfortable firm bed, There was no turndown service... More

A great hotel located in the center of the town close to lots of interesting little shops and fine restaurants. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated and came with air conditioning. TV private bath etc. we had a delicious breakfast each morning served in a old country kitchen and access to a beautiful deck where you can eat.... More

Thank you to the innkeeper for making our stay memorable! It is a beautiful inn, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was great. The location is most convenient also, parking was also available. We would surely stay here again, once we come back to Provincetown.

We stayed here for three nights on a recent long weekend trip to cape cod. The rate of $195/night was excellent considering the location, amenities and room during this their busy fall period. Our room opened on to a deck courtyard as expected and was bright and cheerful. The staff were extremely helpful from beginning to end, they booked our... More

Lovely British colonial meets mission feel to the public spaces and rooms. Nicely done rooms in muted warm browns and tans, nice carpet, furniture and bedding (though the bed was hard, the pillows were harder.) There is an expanded continental breakfast included with quiche and on-demand waffles with fresh berries along with the standard yogurt, breads, and fruit. The public... More

I stayed here for a week over labor day. The location is perfect. The rooms are tidy and well appointed. I had room 3 which seemed to be larger than some of the other rooms, but all of them had a similar West Indies English Colonial aesthetic which suits the feel of the place, and is tasteful. Angus was a... More

We stayed at the Carriage House for 2 nights and had a lovely time. The room was not huge, but plenty of space for us. The cleanliness and quality of everything were really noteworthy and the little extras really made it special. Free tea and coffee all day, a DVD library and a fast and reliable free wifi. Breakfast was... More

This was our first stay here and we enjoyed it. For us, it has an excellent location just off Commercial St but is very quiet. The outdoor breakfast deck is nice, as is the breakfast. The rooms are well-appointed with Molton Brown products, and the prices are very competitive. The only two downsides are: 1) The lack of air-conditioned indoor... More
