Springtime was this year chilly - arriving at CARPE DIEM was like coming home. Warm reception, heartful people, wonderful rooms, great service. Not to forget the delicious wine and cheese at 5 o´clock (THank you, Eddie!) making it easy to get into contact with other fellow-travellers. Spa, sauna, hot tub - all you need for a cold day... We enjoyed... More

We loved everything about our stay… breakfast (including a wide selection of tea and as much espresso as we desired); sauna, hot tub, couples massage (extra but worth it), wine and cheese hour; also sherry and port whenever we desired. The staff were wonderful. We stayed during the off-season and felt like we owned the place.

My husband and I stayed one night at this lovely guest house for his birthday. The decor is elegant and cozy, the service excellent, the wine hour a wonderful surprise and a nice way to meet the other guests. We had a fantastic couples massage at the spa as soon as we arrived and agreed that the masseuses were particularly... More

It was like being in heaven. Every detail of our time there was overseen by Eddy the Inn director. He recommended the best places to eat and things to see. His bother Anthony is the chef and prepares the most amazing breakfasts. I can't wait to go back.

A group of friends and I spent last weekend there and we had an amazing time. Eddie, Anthony, (and Alex) went above and beyond to make it a great time. Anthony's breakfasts were amazing and the afternoon wine and cheese was a great opportunity to talk to the other guests. Since it was offseason, we utilized the common area a... More

What a great time. We loved it from the minute we arrived. Eddie graciously welcomed us to the property and proceeded to provide us with a guided tour of the guest house filling our brains with all of the necessary information and then pointing out he also created a binder which contained the same information - Eddie was awesome and... Words cannot express that wonderful feeling we get every time we visit Carpe Diem. The house, the hosts, the entire staff, the outstanding breakfasts, the very fun daily happy hour, the tranquil spa, the beautiful rooms, and all the guests, so many who return year after year, there is simply no finer place to stay in Provincetown.

We spend the first night on our trip at the Carpe Diem in Provincetown. It was wonderful. We loved the wine hour and made some very nice contacts. Even the smaller rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast was awesome. Thank you Robert. We had such a great time that we decided to stay also the last night of our "New... More

All the reviews are right. Cannot find anything wrong. The room was beautiful and very comfortable, the inn is perfect and so is the staff. The best people come from Olneyville. The inn is just far enough off of Commercial st.but close enough to be in the middle of all the venues. The spa is an added bonus, during some down time... More
