My spouse & I have been staying at the Brass Key for years. The service and accommodations are consistently excellent. The changes that have been made over the past year really add to the overall experience. more

First visit to Provincetown and think we stumbled upon a great stay. Ideal location and charming place to stay. Friendly staff and fellow guests, with the only minor point being friends with a baby were turned away for drinks with us because of the no under 16 policy. Maybe I didn't read the detail but got some pleasant surprises included... more

We have been staying at the Brass Key annually for the past 13 years. Even with all the changes and additions over the years, it remains the most comfortable and private (with secured courtyard, pool and hot tub) guesthouse in Ptown. Caveat: the jury is still out on the recent launch of the Shipwreck Lounge in the former breakfast area/living... more

If you are looking for a gay friendly B/B where you have no choice but to listen to someone else’s music from 9 a.m. in the morning until 10 p.m. at night, the Brass Key – Provincetown might be the place for you. [Sadly, speakers are placed throughout the nicely landscaped grounds, so there is no escape from the disco... more

It was that awful 'arrive at a gay hotel' moment - two pasty-faced Englishmen with too much luggage being stared at by a gaggle of bronzed, high-end, gays by the pool. There's nothing worse. In this area, you don't know what to apologise for first - colonialism under a mad King several hundred years ago, or not having having enough... more

We decided to make a last minute getaway to the cape this weekend. One night in Chatham and one night in Ptown. The Brass Key is one classy place! Our room Cottage 114 was nicely decorated and not too ornate. The sheets were divine as well as the shower. It had three shower heads on one wall with the opposite... more

You know how you look at pictures of a place online but when you see it in person you see they've taken strategic pictures from odd angles to make a place look much better than it is? This place looks exactly like the pictures... It's a very nice property that's well maintained. Given that everything else was really nice, the... more

My 'partner' and I just spent four days at the Brass Key and enjoyed the experience so much that we've rebooked for next year. This is a very well-run operation, with great attention to the details that are so important to those of us who've stayed in fine resorts. This was my first visit to Provincetown, and I can't imagine... more

My partner and I stayed for the first time at the Brass Key Inn in Provincetown last week. I don't know where to begin with a review. Our room and grounds were top notch. It was worth every penny. The pool, hot tub, and gardens were beautiful. The breakfast every morning and cheese and wine in the afternoon was great. But... more

My partner and I are Ptown regulars and have stayed at the Brass Key and a few other properties regularly through the years and I have to say after this last trip I am really impressed. The property was purchased by the guys that own Crowne Pointe (another favorite of ours by the way) and since they have taken ownership... more
