Brass Key has been a go of ours for years now. It's a great property in a great location - can be a bit too restrictive at times with minimum night stays during some periods - while this is pretty standard practice across the industry they sometimes take this policy to the next level. That being said it's a great... More

Picked this hotel at random as we drove by and we loved it! Got a good deal as it was out of season. Great facilities on site. Great room overlooking the pool. Easy walk into town. Wonderful reception when we arrived with freshly baked cookies and lovely friendly staff. Wine and cheese at 5pm included and great way to meet... More

My wife and I stayed at The Brass Key over Columbus day weekend. We had room #157 which is our favorite room. The front desk help is always so nice and accommodating. The grounds are perfectly kept and the outdoor Jacuzzi is great on a cool fall evening. They offer a full hot breakfast in the morning with different choices... More

Last weekend was my first trip to Massachusetts and Brass Key made it a memorable one. It's a nice property with a warm atmosphere that is perfect for several people who are on vacation together. The staff were very friendly, especially Scott who was always there with a big smile.

Totally enjoyed our stay here. Everyone was so helpful,. and "P" town is a blast!!! Their sister property also has a terrific restaurant,as suggested by David the owner. ...across the street at the Gifford House was SOOOOO much fun. Piano players both nights, sing a along....reminiscent to me of a place in Miami called Magnum. Our weekend was terrific., Would... More

A good place pretty suited for a group of friends to reconnect over daily wine and cheese and in the hot tub. The staff are wonderful (all of them but shout outs to Scott!! and Beverley! for service above and beyond) and eager to ensure guests are comfortable. On the subject of comfort, my bed wasn't overly but that's really... More

A Gem! The Brass Key Guesthouse is centrally located ... everything you need is walking distance. The staff was very accommodating to our large group, in allowing us to hold events in the breakfast rooms/ wine and cheese rooms. Oh yeah, comp wine and cheese at 5pm? EXCELLENT way to gather guests around to make new friends. Special thanks to... More

When I walked through the doors to check-in, my blood pressure dropped about 10 points. What a warm and inviting experience. The grounds are impeccable, the rooms are charming, the staff feels like long-lost friends. We absolutely loved our visit and can't wait to return!

The inn is quite beautiful. Nice pool, well stocked happy hour everyday included, nice breakfast with plenty of options. Some concerns include a hot tub with no jets working, a bed that sagged in the center considerably, and some confusion on arrival as where to actually park and check in! Guests should also know that the Gifford House is across... More

Thank you for writing a review for your stay. Our hot tub jets have since been fixed, and we apologize if the bed was not up to your standard. The Brass Key has everything we want in an inn for a relaxing vacation. This was our second annual trip to the Brass Key, and we have already rebooked for next year.
