Can't wait to come back in the fall. Guy and Luis are the perfect hosts, the Black Pearl itself is am amazing building, the location couldn't be better, and the weather was the topping on the cake! Just perfection, thank you Guy and Luis. more

Traveled my partner, and another couple from Upstate New York, and even with cool and stormy weather, we loved it. What a cozy, and comfortable place, so close to any place you want to walk to. Was saddened to see anyone write anything negative about this place, because I did not see anything of what they wrote. I am still... more

I have been visiting P-town from nyc for 23 years. I now come 2 or 3 times a year, and started staying at the Black Pearl Inn a few years back. It has become our favorite place - that is why we stayed here about 9 times. Back home I have been accused of being a 'clean freak' and when... more

Our first trip to P-Town and we were very excited to stay at the Black Pearl Inn. But when we got there we were very disappointed. THEY asked us when we would be there to check in we said two. So we get there at two and no one is there. We look around the place. VERY DIRTY. Stoves, saws,... more

Great location (a block off of Commercial). Prices are comparable with other B&Bs in the area. The innkeepers were nice guys and very accommodating. Cool old house with nice decks for spending time outside. Awesome that the innkeepers allow dogs. The bedding and towels were worn but clean. All things considered, I would go back if the bed wasn't so... more

Rented a room on the recommendation of a friend, and was very surprised with the hospitality of the hosts/owners. Our dog was not a problem, the fireplace in our room was perfect for the rainy days, and Guy & Luiz even had a barbecue cookout for all the guests while we were there. Can't wait to return next year. more

I told you we were coming back. 13 years coming to P-town and this is the first place we EVER came back to. Guy and Luis were perfect hosts. Our room was large with plenty of extra space very clean. A great place to stay, no too close to Commercial Street but far enough and quiet to sit in the... more

I booked the Black Peal at the last minute for a quick overnight in ptown. I've stayed in some wonderful places in ptown, but chose here because they accept dogs. Unfortunately, my experience were horrible. The owners were nice and inviting, but the house and room was really run down. They really should invest in some serious cleaning and updating... more

The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are very big(I was in a suite). However the hotel is falling apart. My window screen was taped in, my blinds did not work and the rooms are FILTHY. I think this could be a great hotel if the owners pay more attention on upkeep and maintenance. more

As a former resident of Provincetown and knowing the town pretty well I decided on the Black Pearl not only because of the location so near to the center of town but of their reputation. I was delighted to find all I had heard was true. The place is wonderful from the rooms to the hosts Guy and Louis. We... more
