We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Atlantic Light Inn. Though small, our room was super clean and very comfortable. Steve was very accommodating and offered wonderful suggestions for restaurants and things to do. The free parking was an added bonus. Wish we could have stayed longer!

I could live here! Our stay was wonderful! New owners, Joe and Steve, have done a great job with the property. Its quiet, cozy and super clean. Excellent breakfast - Dark roast coffee and amazing homemade granola and scones in the morning. As hosts, they went above and beyond. In the pouring rain (aka Hurricane Arthur), Steve gave us a... We spent 3 days and 2 nights at the Atlantic Light Inn, formerly the Black Pearl and what a wonderful time we had there. The Inn is a short block from the main street and all the action. A few feet more and you are at the beach. It has just been fully refurbished and everything sparkles. Parking is free.... More

My sister, niece and I stayed at the Atlantic Light Inn in mid-May. Steve and Joe have remodeled this quaint bed and breakfast to perfection. The style is comfortable and Steve and Joe make you feel like you've known them for years. They seem to know when to engage and when not to engage. They have one room on the... More

My husband and I traveled from Seattle to enjoy 5 days in PTown with friends - our first trip here. We were so pleased with Atlantic Light! Recently renovated from top to bottom, Joe and Steve have done a beautiful job infusing casual elegance into this vintage light filled gem. Perfectly located just a block off Commercial, we were close... More

I chose the Atlantic Light Inn blindly on the chamber's "last minute reservations" website and hit the jackpot! Our stay would only be one night so I called ahead and Steve kindly waived the 2 night minimum for us. The inn itself is light-filled & beautifully furnished and centrally located to all shops, beaches and restaurants. We were welcomed immediately... More

I just stayed for two nights at the Atlantic Light Inn, and had such a good time! The inn is really close to the shops, restaurants, and wharf on Commercial in Provincetown. It was really convenient to get around. The best part, though, was Joe and Steve. They were so welcoming and approachable! They gave me some great ideas for... More

We just returned for our 1 night stay at this recently renovated B & B. The rooms where lovely. I also love that, when renovating, they had put in hardwood floors. The owners are very gracious and extremely pleasant to talk with. Although the scones wouldn't not be the reason why I would return. They defiinitely would be an added... More

Steve and Joe were amazing, gracious hosts. They made us so very comfortable and provided a warm, welcoming atmosphere, along with yummy scones each morning. The rooms were spotlessly clean, bright and very well maintained. The Atlantic Light Inn is just a block or two from Commercial Street. I would wholeheartedly recommend this bed & breakfast and hope to be... More

Steve and Joe made me feel very comfortable. It was a great place to stay and I'd recommend it to anyone. They pointed out the places of interest and a few activities. I recommend renting a bike for a day, its a good way to see the area.
