Nice little campground very close to the action in P-Town and beaches. Sites in good shape and sized well. Baths ok, if a little smelly. Some good upgrades with the Trustees taking over. Could use a bit more WiFi access. Lots of people hanging by the office to grab it.

4th year going here we enjoyed the camp site. Great location near our favorite beaches close to P-town where you can shop and eat local food. Enjoy whale watching and kite flying. Great name brand shops for gifts and back to school clothing. Great sweet shops and jewels.

I found this campsite to be very nicely laid out and well maintained. Our campsite (tent) was clean with a picnic table and adequate space to set up. The sites are shady, which is essential for tent camping. I found the bathroom facilities to be adequate and clean. It's camping, not a 5 star resort by any means. The camp... More

Don't reserve campsite 32! There's a big mount of sand in front of the campsite. Our car got stuck and then got a flat tire. The tire had to be replaced for $120. The campsite gave $42 credit. Not a good deal!

We camp frequently as a family and this was going to be our final trip before the kids went back to school. We were looking forward to ending our summer by exploring the outer Cape. The issue was not so much the location, or the campground itself, but with an experience we had within 30 minutes of arrival. We arrived... More

Went there two weeks ago. The location is ideal being so close to Provincetown. The campground is very quiet, nicely forested. The bathrooms are average, the staff is okay. The downside: No park for kids, no direct access to the bike paths. Expensive for a campground.

We were looking for an affordable option on the cape, but the conditions and atmosphere were so poor that I would never return. We had a site for 3 nights and left after the first night. Here are a few things to consider: 1) The campground claims to be walking distance to Provincetown. The walk is over a mile and... More

Rats in restroom. Feces in showers. Hostile staff. Horrible location. Minors consuming alcohol. Homeless people in the woods Homophobic. Overpriced. Otherwise great place! Worth the visit. Doubt this trap will be here much longer.

We walked in here spontaneously without reservation (they accept minimum 3days for reservations) and asked for an overnight for 1 tent and got a spot fortunately, for 40$. The campground seems in a good shape and well maintained, the bath and rest room somewhat old but very clean, nothing disgusting at all. Night was quiete, we had ear plugs anyway.... More

This campground was exactly what we were looking for during this trip. It was about a 15 minute walk from downtown Provincetown and was very affordable. We even walked into town at night to go out for a drink without problem. If you don't like to walk, there are plenty of taxi's, but I would not recommend parking your car... More
