These folks are trying hard to make this place work. The sites are small and scrubby but it is clean and safe and quiet at night. It is also within walking distance of the town and bike paths. The one BIG problem is a VERY prevalent septic smell that permeates all the sites surrounding the bathrooms. We rented site 57... More

I really feel that the campground is not very good for larger RVs. Very tight and not roomy at all. We had a very bad experience with our Class C on site 22. They only have 15 sites for big RVs. The guy had to cut a pretty big limb off a tree to accommodate us fitting in the spot... More

Worst camping experience ever, it's definitely "the Prison of Provincetown." The staff is very rude, they treat you like animals with no respect. You have no ability do do anything in the campground.. no wood fires allowed, no onsite grills, no socializing, showers/bathrooms are discussing, the whole campsite is very unpleasant. STAY AWAY!!!!

There were no sites available for two nights in a row so I had to make two different reservations. A different site for each night, no problem. Except, I had trouble with their website and reserved two different sites for the same night by accident. I emailed them within 2 minutes of the mistake and they still charged me a... More

Nice little campground very close to the action in P-Town and beaches. Sites in good shape and sized well. Baths ok, if a little smelly. Some good upgrades with the Trustees taking over. Could use a bit more WiFi access. Lots of people hanging by the office to grab it.

4th year going here we enjoyed the camp site. Great location near our favorite beaches close to P-town where you can shop and eat local food. Enjoy whale watching and kite flying. Great name brand shops for gifts and back to school clothing. Great sweet shops and jewels.

I found this campsite to be very nicely laid out and well maintained. Our campsite (tent) was clean with a picnic table and adequate space to set up. The sites are shady, which is essential for tent camping. I found the bathroom facilities to be adequate and clean. It's camping, not a 5 star resort by any means. The camp... More

Don't reserve campsite 32! There's a big mount of sand in front of the campsite. Our car got stuck and then got a flat tire. The tire had to be replaced for $120. The campsite gave $42 credit. Not a good deal!

We camp frequently as a family and this was going to be our final trip before the kids went back to school. We were looking forward to ending our summer by exploring the outer Cape. The issue was not so much the location, or the campground itself, but with an experience we had within 30 minutes of arrival. We arrived... More

Went there two weeks ago. The location is ideal being so close to Provincetown. The campground is very quiet, nicely forested. The bathrooms are average, the staff is okay. The downside: No park for kids, no direct access to the bike paths. Expensive for a campground.
