I stayed at Dyers's for four wonderful days. From the moment I walked into my room I knew it was the perfect choice. Lovely spacious room, cozy comfortable bed linens, private deck with wonderful views, comfortable arm chairs. Very peaceful space but located quite centrally making it easy for me to use the ferry there and back from Boston. When... More

We stayed here during the Fourth of July week. We made a last minute decision to go away and knew that finding a place to stay would be difficult, if not impossible during that holiday week. I called and spoke with the owner, who was very nice. We lucked out that someone cancelled their reservation just prior to my call,... More

Very nice small room, just off Ptown's bustling main drag but a world away. Nice shared deck, waves lapping to lull you to sleep. Lousy coffee, but you can brave the surly staff at Joe's across the street for that.

We had one of the upper deck rooms (number 5) and it was great. Double aspect views from the room over the bay and looking down the beach - simply fantastic "good morning" views, and a great spot to watch the sun set with a glass of wine. Room was a fair size, had a fridge and two very comfy... More

My husband and I stayed for a few days prior to Memorial Day. We booked this based on reviews from Trip Advisor. We were nervous about the location being on "Commercial Street" --- we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is located behind buildings on Commercial Street and is truly quiet, peaceful and a wonderful place to relax. I loved the... More

Beautiful apartment with a stunning view of the ocean. The living room is large and comfortable, and the kitchen well equipped. You will be near the centre of town - aperfect location. Lovely people and even parking!

We have been going to Dyer's Beach House for several years, and were very saddened by Mary's passing. However, her daughter has done a great job taking the reins, and were surprised at the updating of the rooms. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the bathrooms have been totally overhauled. Each room has a private deck overlooking the bay, and... More

We've been making our summer visits here for many years and it just keeps getting better. The rooms are still immaculately maintained and cleaned, the staff remains perpetually personable and helpful and the waterfront view and central location are unsurpassed in Provincetown. Phone calls with information and requests to the proprietors always get prompt and cheerful responses. The included wifi,... More

When we booked our room sight unseen having only seen photos on their website, we were pleasantly surprised upon arrival to Dyer's beach house. Secluded, private and tucked away from the hustle and bustle yet only steps from the action on Commercial Street; this place offers it all. Our room was basically IN the water during high tide and we... More

Once you've paid your bill, forget about any service. The rooms are clean, but dated. Basic amenities are lacking (adequate number of towels, iron, etc.). There should be at least 1 full sized bath towel per guest - and at these prices, there really should be 2! The few towels provided were thin and rough. Overall, feeling that the owners... More
