Stayed for 2 weeks again at the newly refurbished Sunset Inn and again we weren't disappointed. The owners Andy and Lenny have worked so hard putting new hardwood flooring in and drapes giving each room a lovely finish. My partner and I got married this year in P'town and had our champagne reception back at the inn on one of... More

My lover & I are returning to the Sunset Inn this August after a wonderful vacation there last Summer. Andy & Lenny's Sunset Inn is truly a beautiful place to stay. It can be also be called The Sunrise Inn as you can see the sun rise in the morning & the sun set from one of the three Spacious... More

We scheduled a trip to P-Town with out of town friends and booked two rooms. Since only one room with private bath was available, we decided to try a second room with shared bath which we took so that our friends could have the better room. Big mistake. The shared baths were tiny and functionally obsolete. One had a toilet... More

My brother and his partner introduced us to the Sunset years ago and it has been a favorite ever since. A big old Victorian house, decorated with taste and comfort. We've tried several rooms and all are clean and inviting. Beds are comfortable and the rooms offer a relaxing respite after a day shopping Commercial Street or walking the beach.... More

The Sunset Inn is a nice place. The owners are friendly and the house is charming and conveniently located. Bed quality was average and the room was relatively small, but you want to be outdoors anyway: In P-town, or on one of the roof top terraces of the Inn! Parking is available for guests for free. Breakfast isn't worth mentioning,... More

Sunset Inn and hosts Andy and Lenny won us back to the idea of staying at B&Bs. We had previously had an awful experience at a B&B in the western US and had written off the whole category. Sunset Inn is in a perfect location. A short walk to all the action but on a quiet street for a good... More

Just got back from a great 3 day stay at the Sunset Inn! The owners Andy and Lenny went out of their way to make sure we had an enjoyable time. They even went above and beyond and helped me scan and email several work documents. The decks are great and the continental breakfast was a nice added touch! Andy... More

A friend and I got lucky and were able to snag the last available room for the weekend for a 2-night stay which was quite a feat for August in PTown! Andy and Lenny were warm and hospitable letting us know that they'd stick around a bit if we were to arrive later than expected. We booked a queen bed... More

I have stayed at sunset multiple times in the past six to seven years. It's a great value for ptown. The rooms are simple and super clean. The bathrooms are basic with stalls (not tiled or glamorous. Basic) but clean. They have redone many rooms and pulled the carpet out to reveal the old pine plank floors. Andy and Lenny... More
