After viewing the nice looking photos online, I was disappointed when I arrived to find room with nasty carpet, a room that was not clean, and a bathroom that you needed flip flops to walk in. I would recommend staying elsewhere, even if you have to pay a bit more. Because it felt like something could crawl on me at... more

Let's start with some positives for the Inn: 1) The heated pool was a plus for P-town in the summer, especially if you have children; 2) The location was beautiful with stunning views of the moors, dunes, and Long Point lighthouse. You can also walk out to Long Point from the Inn when the tide is down which is truly... more

The Inn has been newly remodeled and looked wonderful. The owners were really nice. We didn't know how we were going to get to town one night and they gave us a ride to town. I thought the walk to town was a little too much. We took taxis on the way back from town and it was $8-11 each time.... more

My friend and I stayed at the Inn at the Moors again this past summer for the fifth time in the same number of years. Each year we get to know the owners better, and find new upgrades to the rooms. After staying at three other resorts or bed and breakfast lodgings in Provincetown, we are looking no more for... more

I am writing about a wonderful secret In Provincetown, Ma.. The Inn At The Moors has what I consider one of greatest panoramic views of natural dune beaches in the country. Nestled at the end of Cape Cod, The Moors is one of best places to stay in Provincetown. So many of the other accomodations in Provincetown are right in... more

Dated? Yes. Needs an upgrade? Yes. Funky? Yes Yes Yes! But we'll stay there again...the $100-130 range is at the low end for P-town in the summer, and they'll usually have a room. Book upstairs for the views....next stop, 2000 miles, is europe. We actually like the walk into town (we brought our bikes, which makes it even better since... more

For the price, I would have expected a little better ($150 a night). Yes, the view was nice (if you ignored the powerlines), but the inn is located on the far end of town. So expect a good workout from walking into and out of town. We were fine with that, but I don't think others would be. The pool... more

I've been visiting this inn for many years, with various members of my family: husband, children in their teens, an elderly aunt, and the latest visit with a 6 month old grandson. Every visit has been delightful with helpful and friendly staff and more than adequate accomodations. The views of the ships coming and going, the breakwater and lighthouse are... more

My partner and I decided to spend a night in Provincetown, and after a few calls around it seemed as though everything was booked. I came upon the Inn at the Moors website and after reading that it boasted "newly remodeled rooms" and a gorgeous view I called - luckily they had 1 room left. We got to the inn,... more

This place tries hard, but in spite of recent redecorating it needs a major upgrade. Bathroom was OK (very clean, but cheap- linoleum, etc.) The place has the odor of a decaying older motel, which it is. The view of the moors is beautiful from the balconies; otherwise I would have rated it as only "one star". more
