My friends and I stayed in the 3rd floor apartment for four nights. The room has a separate entrance and a private rooftop terrace that overlooks PTown and the ocean…just beautiful! The apartment was very clean, up-to-date, and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the Inn Keeper went out of his way to ensure our stay was a pleasant... more

Enjoyed a 2 night stay at apartment 3 at the beach club. The apartment is on floor 2 of a 3 unit building. (There is a separate unit next door). There is a nice balcony overlooking the sand and water. The unit is not luxurious, but comfortable and clean with a very nice bedroom (good size and comfy bed), a... more

I stayed in the third floor apartment in their Beach Club, with a balcony deck right over the water. Lovely place, very, very nice staff. Quiet. . .just far enough (a few blocks) from all the downtown shops to keep it quiet, yet very close walking distance to every restaurant shop and whale watch pier. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. more

After extensive searching I chose the Aaerie House and the third floor suite as it seemed to suit our needs. First I will say the photos did not do justice to the stunning view we had from the suite and the private deck. Amazing! The main level and sitting area was inviting and cozy..a bit too 'cozy' for the breakfast... more

From the generous and helpful advice over the phone even before we booked the stay, to the incredible on-time pick-up at the pier, to the scrumptious homemade breakfasts featuring a different treat every morning either on the deck overlooking the cape or in the fabulously cozy great room, to the free bikes available for use, to the beach access, to... more

We stayed in the Aerie House before going to NYC for 4 nights. As you walk into the reception area it is welcoming. There are large leather sofas, a fire place, bookcases etc. They have a very extensive DVD collection which can be viewed in your room. We stayed in Room 4, it was small, but we knew that when... more

Best breakfast bar none. When your breakfast is included you really expect very little. We could not have gotten better in the finest of restaurants. Steve and Dave are the greatest hosts and always very helpful from restaurant reviews to any DVD you could want. If you stay in P-Town, stay here. Dogs are welcome and bikes are free, also... more

From the moment we arrived, Dave and Steve, the owners, were so welcoming and helpful, that we knew this was going to be special. As we checked in, Dave gave us a tour of the house and told us all about provincetown. They had so many amenities! From the endless supply of candy in the hallway to the complimentary champagne... more

we were brother (52) and sister (50) with our children (19, 18) and (15) from Switzerland during low season. We rented the 3rd floor suite and two extra rooms on 2nd floor, three nights. All very nice with sea view. Had a great barbecue on the private deck (3rd floor), movie evening in the suite. Specials to mention: 10 bikes... more

My spouse and I had a very enjoyable weekend here. The room we stayed in was small but cozy and well-furnished, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The owners, Steve and Dave, were very helpful, and Dave was an amazing cook! The free bikes for rental were also well-maintained and we had fun riding it to explore the town and the... more
