My husband and I have come to the Watermark Inn since the 90's. We love suites #4 and #7 with panoramic views of Cape Cod Bay and P'town. It was the first weekend that it hadn't snowed since January, and the sun was brightly shining. In fact, even though it was only 8 degrees out, we had to open the... More

When you stay at this place, it is like a boat... view is awesome , colors are incredible and the apartment hotel in watermark is really nice, clean...perfect. People are so lovely. For me and my family is the best place in Provincetown and the one.

The inn is right on Cape Cod Bay in P town. The views are spectacular. The main living area open and full of light. Just be aware, there is no air conditioning. It is clean but needs renovations. Needs new appliances, paint and general repairs. However, the balcony and views overshadowed the need for updating. Close enough to walk to... More

If you're used to seaside houses, the slightly rusting, aged feel of this pleasant 'inn' on the waterfront is for you. Quiet and acceptable for an overnight in P'town. Clean double room upstairs (suite 6) with a sideways view of the bay. Friendly and helpful owner, who seems to disappear - there is no sense of a 'desk'.

Loved our stay at the Watermark. The location is great as it is walking distance to the town and its numerous very good restaurants (Mews, Lobster Pot, Napi, etc. - the choice is yours!). The low and high tides from our room were spectacular, at high tide, we felt as we were on a ship! Our suite was very nice,... More

Our stay at the Watermark Inn was perfect. We had to walk only a few steps from our doorway to the shoreline--a beautiful sandy beach. The suite was comfortable, clean, and furnished with everything we needed (including lovely artwork). Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great ocean view from room/deck and staff was very friendly but the room desperately needs to be renovated. On the positive side the room seemed clean and it was quiet in this area. There are many negatives though. The paint is chipped/rusted, the window blinds are rotted out and falling off their hinges, the tile in kitchen/bathroom is cracked and... More

I stayed at the Watermark in April of 2013 in Suite 8 and was extremely disappointed.. The web site says that Suite 8 has a fireplace and a private balcony. I especially liked the fireplace feature because it can still be chilly in April on the coast and I wanted to take my partner for a romantic get-away for her... More

I have never stayed anywhere else in PTown but I do stay out 90-100 nights a year and if I could, I'd like to stay at places like the Watermark IIt right's right on the water where you can sit on the deck and enjoy a beverage. My room has a fridge, two burner stove, microwave, dishwasher and all the... More

I regret booking at the Watermark Inn. I felt ripped off. You can do much, much better elsewhere in Ptown. I paid $300/night off-season. My friends stayed elsewhere for under $200 and had nicer accommodations. I didn't mind booking a more expensive place, because I wanted a luxurious experience, but the Watermark Inn was a bad decision. The waterfront location... More
