This review is long overdue, we've been staying at the Cook St. Inn for many years. It's a great inn in a great location just minutes from Commercial St. (the center of town). We always stay in the Garden Suite and just love it, its quiet, clean, private, spacious and has it's own entrance. All the rooms are tastefully decorated... More

I stayed at the Inn for a few nights in October and had a great time. The Inn has great details, and is very closely located to the center of Ptown. The innkeepers are all very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend the Studio.

My partner and I are from the UK and we stayed at this brilliant guesthouse for Women's Week and loved it. Lisa and Doreen, plus Jenny, make the place feel like staying at home. The communal breakfast room makes it easy to make friends with fellow guests and Lisa's fab breakfasts and tea tasting sessions were wonderful. The rooms are... More

We were so impressed that we are already making plans to return. The Inn at Cook Strret is at the East End Gallery area. It is immaculate in so many ways...the warmth exhibited by the owners Lisa and Doreen, the cleanliness, the cozy atmosphere, the housekeeping, you can literally eat off the floor, although we never made it to breakfast... I've stayed here before and it's still a comfortable and elegant choice for a few days in Provincetown. The rooms are very comfortable, the location is excellent and the innkeepers are gracious and helpful. Breakfast is cooked to order and the common areas of the inn are beautifully decorated with the innkeeper's photographs. A tea room has been added since... More

During a recent visit to Provincetown we had the honor of staying at The Inn at Cook Street. The hosts are wonderful women and the bed and breakfast was clean and welcoming. The breakfasts were awesome! We stayed in the cottage and enjoyed the privacy while still having the socializing of a b&b for breakfast and other activities. The fresh... More

Thank you for taking time to write a review and your thoughtful words. The Koi Cottage is very special, a kind of fairy tale retreat. Before purchasing the Inn, both Doreen & I stayed 2 nights in the Cottage trying to finalize our decision to buy The Inn at Cook St. We were so enchanted by the property and have... More

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in PTown. The INN keepers were very accommodating and I would recommend friends and family to stay here. The INN is convenient to everything PTOWN has to offer. We would stay there again.

Just recently returned home to Oklahoma from a trip along parts of the east coast with my adult daughter. The Inn at Cook Street was one of our last stops and was by far our favorite! Upon walking into our room we both fell in love with the whole place. The "Retreat" was more like an apartment and felt like... More

Over the past 7 years, The Inn at Cook Street has been my "go to" home away from home in Provincetown. We visit an average of twice per year. I believe that fact speaks volumes to anyone who is deciding for the first time if they should book here. After your first visit you will understand that we regulars return... More

The Inn at Cook Street is an extraordinary B&B nestled off Commercial St. in the East End gallery district with a private beach access. It caters to LGBT and non-LGBT visitors alike. Rooms are immaculate and tastefully decorated. The owners, Lisa, Doreen, and their staff are warm and welcoming. Breakfast is prepared in the main area's kitchen daily, served at... More

Thank you for taking the time to write this wonderful review. All of us here make a sincere effort to make sure all rooms are clean and comfortable for every guest to enjoy their vacations and hopefully concern themselves with nothing. Our breakfast table is a special feature and we love watching guests mingle each morning. There is other seating... More
