We just spent 2 days over New Years Eve at the Inn and our stay was so memorable. The owners of the in, Patrick and John Jay, had a NYE cocktail party for a couple of hours at the in the early evening. The Inn was beautifully decorated for the Holidays and the hospitality was outstanding. We always feel so... More

My wife and I have always had a great time when we stay in Ptown, and staying at the Inn at Cook Street is a major reason why. Always welcoming, great environment, and a great location to top it off. Near the galleries, a great coffee shop, and a choice of many fine eating establishments. We have not stayed anywhere... More

We just spent several days at the Inn with great friends. The Inn is charming, comfortable, and conveniently located, We stayed in the Koi cottage which we loved because of the kitchenette and the beautifully kept yard right outside our door. But the best thing about the Inn is the Owners, Patrick and John Jay and Andrew, their fabulous breakfast... More

Extremely clean, welcoming and relaxing! We really felt at home and lacked for nothing. We were close to the action, but not in it. A great time was had by all on a double mother/ daughter get away weekend, we took the ferry from Boston and were able to walk to the INN, though taxis are readily available. WELCOMING and... More

We stayed in the garden suite a two room suite located in a beautiful garden delightfully planted with hostas, hydrangeas and annuals. Our hosts John and Patrick gave helpful advise on things to do, prepared a great breakfast each morning,... More

We stayed at the Inn at Cook Street in early September. The hosts, Patrick and John, were very friendly and knowledgeable of the town restaurants and current shows. We stayed in the Retreat room which is a 2-room suite. The suite was quiet and very clean. Andrew, the chef, cooked up a delicious warm breakfast each morning. The breakfast area... More

What a great stay we had for our honeymoon! Patrick and John are a delight and the Inn is beautiful. The breakfast was fabulous! You can step out the door and see the water and it was fun and easy to walk anywhere in town! The beds are awesome and the decor is inviting! We will be back, no question!... More
