A lovely Inn with friendly and helpful Innkeepers. The room was perfect and the breakfast was delicious. Close enough to walk to everything on Commercial Street and far enough away for some peace and quiet!

Just returned from a quick one night stay at the Inn at Cook Street. Our stay was just perfect. The Inn is located a quick walk from the downtown area, but far enough off the main drag that it was quiet and quaint. Our room was tastefully furnished and impeccably clean, with an adjoining private bath. The innkeepers are the... More

The Inn is a really fantastic place. The house is beautifully restored, tastefully furnished, and very comfortable. The owner, Patrick, could not have been more friendly or helpful. The curb appeal of the house and grounds carry through to the rooms, which are small but perfect. Breakfast was just what one wanted--fruit, cereals, toast, a chef to prepare eggs if... More

The handsome duo of John and Patrick welcomed us to this most charming inn. If you know Ptown, you want to be close to the action, but far enough away to sleep without noise. This place is perfect. Each room is decorated differently. We had the garden suite with its own separate entrance and living area. Our room was clean, well... More

This was my first time staying at the Inn and I found everything to be just perfect, starting with our initial greeting by the new owners and their personal touch and pride in showing us our room. Our room was tastefully appointed and most important to me -- it was immaculate. As we are not that familiar with Ptown, the... More

My partner and I have been coming to the Inn annually for the past 5 years. This is the first year with John and Patrick as the new owners and they both are carrying on the tradition of excellence established in years past. It begins with them both as the consummate hosts, trading off individually at daily breakfast, each of... More

We visited P-town the week of July 11-21, Bear Week. We stayed in the Retreat. Breakfasts were delicious. - Andrew is a great cook. John and Patrick, the new inn-keepers, are wonderful. They made everyone feel so welcome and comfortable. Also, a nice touch was the cook-out that they hosted for their guests. We certainly will be back to the... More

I've stayed at several Provincetown bed and breakfasts, but this place tops the list. It's a quick walk to the center of town, yet far enough away to be a relaxing retreat. The rooms are clean, well decorated, and spacious, with plenty of variety depending on what you're looking for. (We stayed in "The Retreat" and absolutely loved having our... More

My recent stay at Inn at Cook Street was totally delightful. My room, which I named "the tree house" because tree branches spread shade over my private deck, was large, quiet, private and comfortable. The innkeepers, John and Patrick, were always available to make great suggestions for restaurants, art exhibits, shops and to give directions, help with taxis -- you... More

What a wonderful place to stay. Its a beautiful home, with pleasing decor, and a very relaxing atmosphere. What a great location too. Very close to all the action, walking distance to everything, but the home sits on a very quiet side street. Perfect at the end of the day. The staff is very friendly and Andrew, the breakfast chef,... More
