The only thing not perfect about that hotel is the rooms decoration that could be a bit more exciting. Staff was super nice and helpful and location is absoluty perfect. I recommend this hotel for a romantic weekend.

December is not the best time of the year to visit a beach town like P-town. Many shops and restaurants were closed for the season. Still, we had a wonderful experience mostly because of Sage Inn. Rooms are clean and very nicely decorated. Internet works well, mattress is comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful. Food was tasty, nothing like what... More

My wife and I had plans to get married in Provincetown this past July. We reached out to the Sage Inn (and several other Inn's) prior to making our wedding plans. Cathy Nagorski, the General Manager at the Inn, was very prompt in her correspondence with us. We explained that our intentions were to get married on the beach at... More

hi, 30-yrs in Ptown, first time at Sage. Wanted a place that was on Commerical, yet quiet to sleep at night (Thanks older age). But, love Ptown! And wanted great food (grass fed burgers with onion jam -yum), , friendly staff with no attitude (ahem certain places in ptown--no? no? ), and cozy, warm room, and be still my heart,... More

Great location, in the middle of all the shops and restaurants. You can park and just walk everywhere. Lobby and lounge is inviting and they have great drinks and snacks. The room was very clean and fresh and roomy. I would definitely stay here again.

First time to Provincetown, visited in the early offseason. Great rooms and friendly, accommodating service. Would definitely come back. Don't really have much more to add that hasn't been covered in other reviews. If you come to the cape in the off season, try to come on a weekend. Most of the towns completely shut down from Sunday/Monday through Thursday.

SAGE INN Provincetown The Sage Inn is a nice 3 story Guest Inn, with the bedrooms on the 2 upper floors just off Commercial Street and Reception, Bar & Lounge, where a small breakfast is served on the ground floor. The rooms are rather basic, no fancy designer furniture, just what you need; a very small flatscreen TV, iPhone /... More

Have been to Provincetown many times before. Decided to visit in off season as I have done in the past. Found a great rate to stay at Sage Inn. Rooms are a bit basic, but still well decorated and clean. The bed was nice. Pillows were very soft. I like them that way but my girlfriend did not. Staff was... More

Lovely place to stay. Clean comfortable room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Even tho it was the end of their season they went out if their way to make our stay pleasant. I am sure that this is a very busy Inn in the summer season. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it others.

Unfortunately we only stayed one night at Sage Inn at the beginning of October as we were on a whistle stop tour of the East Coast, but what a lovely find! Cute as a button boutique hotel in the centre of the 'strip'. Bright and clean and the very friendly staff brought a lovely family feel to it, which you... More

Dear Starry1hr, We are honored you chose to stay with us during your whirlwind tour of the east. Describing our property as a "boutique hotel" is very accurate and is a term we hear repeatedly so we'll have to use it in our marketing efforts moving forward! We truly hope you have the chance to return and stay for a... More
