This hotel is right in the center of the action on Commercial, but hidden away off the street. The staff was more than helpful and welcoming. So many restaurants and shops right out the front door. Our room was not large, but it was decorated nicely and very clean. There is a restaurant off the lobby, but we didn't eat... More

First off, the hotel is in an amazing location right in the middle of Commercial street. If you want to be in the middle of all the shopping/nightlife, you will be very happy with the location. Aside from the location, the hotel itself was less than stellar (for the cost). The rooms are very small, have extremely thin walls (i.e.... More

Excellent location: the inn is located at the centre of Provincetown. Attentive staff: All employees are polite and helpful. Clean room: we occupied two rooms; they were both very clean The level of noise is acceptable; very quiet. Only one negative point: parking.

The inn was an ideal location in the center of town. The staff was friendly and the outdoor patio was very cozy. Good coffee with the continental breakfast. The only downside was only 5 parking spaces for 20 rooms so had to spend another $60 for parking.

Hello Lynne, Thank you for your kind words.I am very happy to announce that we now have parking for all 19 rooms. We have been diligently working on this issue and it is finally resolved! The price is very reasonable at $15 per night. Be sure to call ahead to reserve a spot. I hope to see you again soon... More

Sage was a beautiful inn, centrally located on the Main Street in Provincetown. The staff was friendly, the rooms clean and newly renovated, and the hotel provided reasonably priced, private, off-street parking. Breakfast was excellent, and included with our room rate. I would highly recommend Sage Inn to anyone visiting Provincetown. You will not find a better hotel, in a... More

The room was nice, the bed and pillows comfy, and we had everything we needed. The staff could not be more pleasant and accomodating. I think they would scrub your back if you asked them to! Very happy with our stay.

Warm wonderful staff. Great modern spacious rooms in the perfect location. Would highly recommend it. Close to all the great attractions ptown has to offer. Parking is limited so keep that in mind. Great lounge and bar with a great looking menu.

This was about my 10th stay at Sage Inn over the past 3-4 Summers. It is the ideal blend of comfort, value, cleanliness, hospitality, and location. If I can't get a reservation, as a chronic last minute planner, I will usually wait until the next available vacancy instead of staying someplace else. It is my little home away from home,... More

We arrived on a Saturday afternoon for a one night stay. The location is great, right in the middle of Provincetown. The hotel is set back from the street behind a few other buildings. We never heard any street noise. Our visit started off on the wrong foot, we had reserved a parking spot with our room reservation but upon... More

We were in P-Town for the Memorial Day weekend and this was the first time we stayed at the Sage Inn. I was very happy with our choice. The staff was very welcoming and they made sure that we were comfortable. They are located near the center of P-Town and it is a quiet retreat from all of the activity... More
