I spend three nights here while on a staff retreat. My stay was very comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms in the guest house were impeccably clean, and the garden was lovely. The owners were kind and accommodating.

I had never been to Cape Cod before and was here for a staff retreat. The room was comfortable, the staff was very welcoming, and the location was amazing. It was clean and extremely quiet and a short walk to the dock and town center. Would certainly recommend it for anyone coming to the area.

I stayed at the Cape Codder for 3 nights in June 2015, and it was a lovely place! It was very clean, quiet, and quaint, perfect for a low key getaway vacation. The staff was very helpful as well. Would highly recommend!

I have gone to this guest house ever summer for the last 10 years and I absolutely love the place. I it has a great atmosphere, it's cheap and right across from the beach. What more can you ask for? I love the front garden. The deck on the bech is the perfect place for an afternoon drink. The whole... More

Stayed for 3 nights in July 2013, it so quaint, clean and cheap. Situated in a quieter spot on Commercial Street, so its about a 15-20min walk past all the pretty houses to the centre, no problem. Its a gem.

Cheap and quaint, but rent a bicycle. It's located right along the Main Street, around 15 min walk to centre. But lovely. Clean. Has its own spot on the beach!!! gay friendly. The hostess doesn't bother you at all. No curfew. Variety of room sizes.

Imagine that you're visiting an older distant relative along with a bunch of cousins that you've only seen once or twice before. You have your own room. It's small but clean with an older print on one wall and a cool lithograph on the other wall. The sheets are clean, soft to the touch and they smell good. Because you're... More

if you are ok with shared bathrooms, and other guests who don't clean the floors after them then you will be ok! it is very reasonably priced and as others have said the private beach is a massive bonus, we took breakfast over there every morning. It is within walking distance of P-town, but a fair walk. we were in... More

I have lived, worked, & vacationed in Provincetown for over 20 years. I have stayed at numerous guest houses as well as running one there. Yes, of course if you want to spend $150-$300 per night you can find some amazing properties better than the Cape Codder. However, for the absolutely beyond fair price..the Cape Codder is a steal! First... More

This B&B (www.capecodderguests.com) is located significantly from the town center (with its bustling restaurants, clubs, shops, and street performers) in a quiet location. The house (which took me a few days to warm up to) is quite old and has no sound proofing (footsteps can be quite audible). There are 10 rooms on the second floor which share only one... More
