had a weekend here in July on a road trip heading to Vegas from the UK. warm welcome, friendly host, and guests, and a nice clean, cozy room with your own key. would definately recommend, it is also well priced for Provincetown. The guest house is very peaceful calm, and relaxing, and a short walk from the main town.

This bed-and-breakfast is very nice place to stay. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, and Debbie is accommodating. This is specially appealing considering the price range. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to get away for a few days or longer. Just be warned that it is prudent to book far in advance because at this... More

I have been staying at the Cape Codder for many years and always enjoy my stay. If you are looking for a lot of amenities this is not the place for you. The rooms are very basic, no TV with the bathroom and shower down the hall. It is very reasonable has a nice deck right on the bay with... More

I spend three nights here while on a staff retreat. My stay was very comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms in the guest house were impeccably clean, and the garden was lovely. The owners were kind and accommodating.

I had never been to Cape Cod before and was here for a staff retreat. The room was comfortable, the staff was very welcoming, and the location was amazing. It was clean and extremely quiet and a short walk to the dock and town center. Would certainly recommend it for anyone coming to the area.

I stayed at the Cape Codder for 3 nights in June 2015, and it was a lovely place! It was very clean, quiet, and quaint, perfect for a low key getaway vacation. The staff was very helpful as well. Would highly recommend!

I have gone to this guest house ever summer for the last 10 years and I absolutely love the place. I it has a great atmosphere, it's cheap and right across from the beach. What more can you ask for? I love the front garden. The deck on the bech is the perfect place for an afternoon drink. The whole... More

Stayed for 3 nights in July 2013, it so quaint, clean and cheap. Situated in a quieter spot on Commercial Street, so its about a 15-20min walk past all the pretty houses to the centre, no problem. Its a gem.

Cheap and quaint, but rent a bicycle. It's located right along the Main Street, around 15 min walk to centre. But lovely. Clean. Has its own spot on the beach!!! gay friendly. The hostess doesn't bother you at all. No curfew. Variety of room sizes.

Imagine that you're visiting an older distant relative along with a bunch of cousins that you've only seen once or twice before. You have your own room. It's small but clean with an older print on one wall and a cool lithograph on the other wall. The sheets are clean, soft to the touch and they smell good. Because you're... More
