I've stayed at Rose Acre twice now and it's a welcome retreat. It has the BEST location, central and walking distance to all galleries, shops and eateries. And just a short drive to the beach! The on site parking is a luxury in Ptown. We were in the upper two bedroom apartment, rich with art work and books. A real... More

Never had a complaint about a bed before, would like to know which room you were in, that's the only way we can remedy the problem. More

Rose Acre is situated in center of Provincetown right behind the library, so it provides a combination of excellent location for walking to places, plus is very quiet as a half block off Commercial St. The rooms are unique and spacious. We have always stayed in the Asian room, and found that it compared very favorably to other places we... More

We stayed in the 2 beadroom upper level apartment. It had all the amenities we needed. It is also quiet so when you want to get away from the Commercial St. crowds, you have a quiet oasis. Artwork from the owner and others are beautifully placed on the walls and there are plenty of books in the library you can... More

We stayed in the Asian rooms. Four people, two bedrooms shared bath, shared kitchen. Coffee maker, microwave, fridg, etc. Plenty of room unlike most places I've stayed in Ptown. Reasonable price. Great location right off Commercial Street, but quiet. Parking space. Backyard garden. Highly recommend.

This was our first trip to Provincetown and we enjoyed it very much. Rose Acre was a quiet, clean and a spacious place to stay. The accomodations exceeded our expectations and Carol was always helpful and on hand for anything we needed. This place comes with a parking spot, beach chairs, towels and umbrellas. The back yard is spacious for... More

We've stayed at Roseacre many times over the years and it never fails to please. Rose and Carol are great hosts and always helpful. The place has a special magic because we have continued to go back and has many provided many happy memories. The upstairs apartment has two spacious bedrooms, another small room with a single bed, a communal... More

We stayed only for two nights there, but we immediately fell in love with "Rose Acre" and especially with the cute and cosy cottage. The location is perfect, it's in the center, but still quiet and you can rest and relax there in the garden. The couple, Rose and Carol, who run the place, are helpful and they where there... More

My girlfriend took me here for a whole week. I was so impressed with the location to Commercial Street (parking is included in your rental!!!) and the quiet little garden. We rented the Cottage, which comes with its own little kitchen, and very very small bathroom, but it served us well. The hosts Carol and Rose are the most adorable... More

Stayed in the studio for 5 nights with my wife...very clean and spacious...so close to everything! My only "complaints": shower is VERY small and the studio could use some updating; the decor and appliances are quite dated...but everything is functional, so I guess that is what matters...this is not a B&B so don't expect breakfast! That's why you have a... More

We really enjoyed the bright and cheery, well-appointed cottage setting replete with original art and our own outdoor sitting area. We couldn't believe how peaceful and quiet our room was for our very central location. Rose Acre is our new favorite place to stay and we hope to return soon! Maria & Laura Rhode Island
