We had a large apartment in this 1850s house, with appropriate decor but all mod cons. It was up a steep, narrow flight of stairs but Ruth, Cami and Patrick helped carry up our mountain of luggage. We loved all the glass, china and antiques. There was an excellent kitchen with all the equipment one could need. This was within walking... More

This delightful place cannot be faulted. Ruth was very welcoming and informative. Our room was HUGE and very comfortable. The whole place was spotless. The help yourself breakfast was simple but tasty and well organised and it was good to be able to sit outside. The location was perfect, only a short stroll to the main street with its big... More

Bayberry is a very attractive inn, nicely furnished and beautifully decorated. It is well located, just off Commercial Street with its shops and restaurants. Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It opened directly to the common room and also had a separate entrance from the outside of the house, which was a very convenient arrangement. Contact with the... More

The owners were very nice and we walked up and down commercial street 3 nights. Breakfast was nice with continental style coffee and muffins or scones plus yogurt and oatmeal & O. J. This was a very nice place to return to after a day of exploring. Parking is a big asset in town. The price was a good value.... More

Accommodations were very nice but truck noise at 6 am was very disturbing. Just the fault of location. First floor rooms don't give you much privacy when opening room doors. Cami very friendly. Great location, walking distance to everything. Great restaurants nearby, easy beach access to Race Point beach.

This was our second time staying at the Bayberry and would highly recommend it to all. Its is a lovely place to stay and the hosts couldn't be any nicer. Close enough to all the fun spots but very quiet and serene. We will be back...love PTown!

This was our third stay at Bayberry and Cami and Ruth made sure everything was perfect. We once again stayed in the first floor room with a fireplace. Location is perfect - easy walk to everything. They really make you feel at home. Also I want to give special thanks to Ruth and Cami for the assistance they provided us... More

My wife and I stayed at the Bayberry on the weekend of 22nd of Nov. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The location of the Inn was within walking distance of all the downtown shops and restaurants. Our hostess Ruth was very friendly and helpful with suggestions on where to go and what places to see. Ruth and my... More

It was difficult to find a place that would rent us a place for just one night, several other places in town said they would and then wouldn't follow through with the reservation. Our hostess, Ruth, was very nice and made sure we felt at home. Our room was on the first floor, very nice and comfortable.

We stayed at the Bayberry again this year and as always our stay was very pleasant. The Bayberry hostess's Cami and Ruth make sure everything is perfect and you're not in need of anything. The Bayberry is quiet and clean, fully of wonderful antiques to browse. The location, just off Commercial Street, is a short walk to shops, galleries and... More
