A great place to stay. Very clean and friendly staff. Would highly recommend to others. They were extremely helpful in getting us where we wanted to go. Also, excellent waffles in the morning. Cheers!

We have stayed at Cape Colony Inn before the new ownership and after. There is no question the owners now care about this hotel and take pride in it. The rooms have been redone and are lovely. The front office as well-with a tv behind the desk that streams beautiful photo's of PTown. This year a fire pit was added,... More

We spent a week at the Cape Colony Inn last month while participating in Provincetown's Women's Week. I was surprised at how large our room was. It never felt crowded, which was surprising considering everything in it: 2 queen beds, night table, refrigerator, tv, dining table with 2 chairs, a desk & desk chair, a huge chest of drawers, microwave... We had a wonderful stay at the Cape Colony Inn. The location is great, a short walk to the center of town rewarded us with the architectural beauty of the area. The staff was super friendly and professional. Breakfast was a nice touch. We really enjoyed the fireplace at night, a very cozy touch that proves the owner's attention to... More

Went to the area for Hallowe'en. Many places were closed or full, but this place had room. A great place, I would recommend it to anyone. Large room, very comfortable bed, fridge, microwave, table and chairs. Nice toiletries. Breakfast was included: waffles, bagels, toast, yogurt, juice, bananas, coffee...everything anyone would want for a continental breakfast. The staff was superb!! Lot... More

This hotel as always goes above and beyond. The staff is friendly and any problems are dealt with immediately. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is available, Juice, fresh fruit, great coffee, and even waffles. It's just a short walk into the center of town for shopping and restaurants. We spend our mornings waking the near by beach a 10... More

The check-in area is a small house that is a separate building from the rooms. The check-in area although small, is very clean, not your typical chain. Once checked-in you drive to the building where the rooms are, which is technically right beside it...with parking spaces right in front of the rooms. There are 2 buildings facing each other, each... Visited for the first time at the end of the season. Wished the weather was better to take advantage of the outside facilities. Wifi, breakfast, parking and proximity to town wonderful. Cable even worked! Room was clean but had a musty odor and coffee maker did not work. Will be back since it is very, very pet friendly.

The room on the main level with 2 queen size beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. However the room had a terrible urine like odor that seemed to emanate from either the air conditioner or from the carpeted flooring. Possibly from urine from a pet?? The front desk was notified the following morning and she called the housekeeping... More

We were very satisfied with our recent stay at Cope Colony Inn. The hotel was well kept, room was clean, and had been recently updated. Beds were comfortable and the included breakfast was very good (juice, coffee, cereal, fruit, homemade waffles, muffins, etc). My husband loved the muffins!! There are lots of extras available (shuffle board, fire pit, BBQs, volleyball).... More
