Have stayed here twice this summer: July and August. The rooms have been updated, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are roomy and clean. A little out of town but quite. Nice pool and great breakfast. Free WiFi. Off street parking.

A well run establishment about a mile from the busy dowtown part of Provincetown. Well laid out rooms with kitchen area and fridge, coffee machines etc. Enjoyable walk into Provincetown, where parking costs a few quid. Whilst Provincetown is lively and busy, it somehow manages to feel really relaxed and calm. Everyone just feels like they are laid back and... More

We enjoyed the days in Colony Inn. It was friendly, the rooms are large, common and clean. Teh swiming pool is heating, the breakfast good. In the evenings it is a firepalce for siting outdoor, a very goog restaurant near the Hotel.

We loved this town, and the experiences here. This hotel was an amazing find. The rooms were so pretty, and we got the suite which was really nice. They have a heated pool, volleyball nets, shuffleboard, bbq's, horseshoes and a fire pit for everyone use. The lady at the front desk advised us on using the public transit which saved... More

Cape Colony Inn has been recently renovated and they did an excellent job. We stayed in the king suite and it was spacious and comfortable for 4 adults. It would be equally comfortable for a family. Decorated in soft colors and pretty furnishings, the beds were especially comfortable. They provide a continental breakfast with waffles, muffins, hard boiled eggs, bagels,... More

Great continental breakfast. Nice pool that was heated as advertised with plenty of nice chairs and 3 foam rafts-a nice touch. Rooms were comfortable and keurig coffee was very appreciated. Only negative, and because we had great weather it was not a problem for us, is if it rains then you have to take your breakfast back to your room.... More

I had family & friends visiting this Summer & had them stay here, One great feature is that they will accept a 1 day stay which most places will not accept. The bathrooms are newly renovated from last season when my children stayed. They said the mattresses were comfortable. They said the bedding was nice & the place was clean.... More

We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended one night. Nice, heated pool, rooms nice decorated and intellegent cut. Center of Provincetown is in walking distance (15 Minutes). It's great to have a bike at this hotel so you also can reach easily the beaches. But there are busses also. It's a nice place with kids. Fireplace is available... More

We enjoyed our stay at Cape Colony. When we arrived the lady working the front desk was very polite. She went out of her way to give suggestions on things to do based off our interests (biking trails north of town). She also give directions and where the best pedestrian and biking areas were since it was our first visit... More

We headed to Ptown with no reservation. Thankfully, there was a cancellation, and we got a room. Unfortunately, the price was $249. And that's a discounted price because they wanted to fill the room. The room (room 105) was spacious and clean (though one chair did have dog hair). It definitely reflected a combo of new and old. You walk... More
