We've been here for the New Year's Eve weekend and found a very well kept and furnished house located in central Commercial street. Rooms are very quiet, comfortable, clean and full of light. A rich breakfast is served. Thomas, the manager, is a very kind, warm and helpful guy. Absolutely recommended.

After an abysmal start to my holiday with another hotel that completely misrepresented their dog policy (this venue for the sake of manners shall remain nameless) The Waterford Inn stepped up and made sure that my Provincetown experience exceeded my expectations. The staff was warm and devoted their attention to my every need, the room well appointed, spacious, and exceed... More

Nice bed n breakfast in a good location on Commerical Street. The house was built in the 1800's so it older. The afternoon staff was very nice and help me find a parking spot, which can be a challenge. I stayed in room number 8 which was large and nicely decorated. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Since... More

Liked the place - the rooms where cosy and the house itself romantic. Met one staff member at check in and never saw her again. You can go ahead and skip the so-called breakfast buffet - that was a joke! They should just stop trying to serve it and guests would leave the inn happy and unaware. And TA grades... More

We had a great time in Ptown, but the hotel was a let down. Locationwise it's fabulous, and the building itself (1800's house) was lovely. But the rooms and service... certainly not cheap and really the hotel and service needs attention. The room was nice enough, but the bed needed replacement (mattress knackered). In the bathroom there are notices asking... More

Delighted with weeklong August stay at The Waterford Inn: comfy, convenient, lovely, amidst lively Commercial Street's festive atmosphere yet quiet and peaceful -- and surprisingly affordable, too. Building has great character (a former sea captain's home) but rooms are modern & comfy, filled with sunlight and pleasant touches that help fuel out-of-town soaking-up-the-P-Town-chi. Bonus for quality mattresses and very good... More

We decided to stay in Ptown last minute in August and had to purchase this room for over $300/night sight unseen. The Waterford B&B is in a nice Victorian house, but is situated next to the very stinky Waterford Restaurant. We had dogs barking inside the B&B, loud stomping above us and people partying outside for 2 nights next to... More

We came to Provincetown for our honeymoon. The Waterford was the perfect spot for us. We had a room on the second floor close to the stairs. It was quiet and spacious with tons of sunlight. Very clean and great water pressure in the shower. Highly recommend.

Hotel is quite. Simply put our room was hot! We had to open doors and windows to air out hot air each afternoon. We would have told staff but we never could find them. Could be a great place with a little TLC and attention to the property.

The Waterford Inn is well located right on Commercial Street and has loading spaces to park up while you check in. The manager was able to explain the parking situation and the free spaces available round the corner and also further up Commercial Street. He even let us have his space when he vacated it so I didn't have to... More
