Couldn't have asked for a better host, Mellisa. The reviwes are not an exaggeration, she truely goes out of her way for guests. My boyfriend and I were doing a 2 night get-away to Cape Cod from PA&NY. After looking for a quaint town to stay in, Provincetown reviews sold, and P-town it was going to be. We arrived just... More

Dog people, look no further, this is the best place in town for queers with dogs. Pedro, Alex and all the others who work there are professional, friendly, kind, and fun to be around. We felt welcomed and appreciated. Room 3 is wonderful, large, sunny, clean, quiet, perfect. The Lobster Quesadilla and the Cod burger at the restaurant were excellent.... More

My husband and I recently spent 3 nights at the Waterford Inn in Provincetown, MA, and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about our stay. It was Dan who checked us into our room, and he was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire visit. In fact, the entire staff at the Inn displayed a great amount of... More

I agree with the other reviewers. It is reasonably priced and the staff is helpful. Melissa goes out of her way to make sure everything is comfortable for you. It is a great location for walking to everything and we were able to park free right in front. I wouldn't count on that but we were lucky. The rooms were... More

The hospitality at the Waterford was wonderful. Everyone who worked their was so kind and accommodating to us from the moment we arrived. We were traveling with our dog and she too was given the royal treatment...doggy treats at every turn and a fresh bowl of ice water whenever we stopped for a drink. "Continental Breakfast" was beyond that...2 types... More

I concur with many others who have reviewed this property; it is a lovely place in the heart of Provincetown. The Waterford is a tastefully decorated Victorian B&B at the beginning of the East End. You would never know it's there because it is tucked away behind the courtyard of their seafood restaurant. Reasonably priced and within walking distance to... More

Close to the center of town but still peaceful in the evening. We walked from McMillan Wharf in just minutes. The room was comfortable and clean if not large. Breakfast was fine and the restaurant is great for dinner or a drink with a nice view of the water and the street. Melissa and the rest of the staff were... More

Lovely B&B with unbeatable location, walking distance to all popular spots. Melissa is just the sweetest host serving fresh and healthy breakfast each day as Welles advice about what to do in town. Would stay here again and again

Rooms on the ground floor are nice and dog friendly. The people were very nice, especially when booking. It is part of a restaurant, so the breakfasts were great, eggs, fruit, bagels, cereal, fresh muffins. The restaurant people are really nice and friendly too. Its located a bit on the Eastend of town. You can easily access the beach for... More
