We took a last second decision to spend a Saturday night in Provincetown on our house packing trip. Turns out that was an event weekend and the Crown and Anchor had a minimum stay requirement. They relaxed the requirement and we were able to get a room for one night. This was our second stay at this property. We love... More

August 25, 2012 was the most magical day of our lives. After 23 years together Lorraine and I got married. Our ceremony was held on the beach at the Crown & Anchor. Rick Reynolds, the manager made sure that everything was set up beautifully on the beach. His strong attention to detail, and patience with us truly made for a... More

Stopped in the bar three times during my weekend trip, each time fun and relaxing. The bar tender Scott is a riot and very friendly. Definitely suggest stopping in for a few drinks on your next visit.

We had lunch here and it was really great. I had the lobster roll and my beau had a burger, both were delicious and the cocktails were strong ... the way we like them, lol. Great place to relax and people watch. We will definitely be back!!

Barry and I had dinner last night at the Crown and Anchor on Commerical st. in Provincetown. Barry had diver scallops and succotash, which was delish. I had the rib eye, new potatoes and asparagus. A little too rare, but still excellent. Then butterscotch pudding for dessert. It looked a little different, but was sooo good. Great wine, great server... More

We often go for lunch! The burgers are great and some exceptional appetizers. It's a great place to prople watch on this shaded porch right in the middle of the hustle and bussle! Worth a stop! Just remember that they stop serving lunch at 4:00

I have had lobster rolls at many places in New England, but the Crown and Anchor restraurant is my favorite. I went for the first time in 2012 this weekend. I must say, that while it was still delicious, they use significantly less lobster than the many other times I have dined there. In visits past, the lobster wouldn't even... More

We stayed at the Crown for New Year's weekend. We loved the room. It was large and comfortable with a fireplace, a jacuzzi, and a terrace overlooking the the beach. The only problem we had with the room was that there was not enough light in the bathroom and there was no heat in the bathroom. Granted, most of the... More

Great hotel with location and staff. Being physically challenge I thought it was going to be a hassle. The staff proved me wrong. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and my needs were met. The maintenance man did above and beyond to make sure I was at ease in the room and bath area.... More

The experience was a mixed bag at the Crown and Anchor. The restaurant manager, Peter, was very nice and hospitable. He seemed to have an extensive knowledge of wines. However, our waitress, Rachel, was one of the rudiest people I have ever met. When asking her about several menu items, she told me to "Hurry up, I dont have all... More
