This was our third stay at the Anchor Inn; we visit each year in June. We enjoyed our prior stays very much--but not this time. Apparently maintenance is being deferred: the screen door to our deck was broken; several of our deck chairs literally were falling apart (the front desk brushed aside this information and no one ever came to... more

Loved everything about this hotel! I honestly can't say enough good things about it. We called late on Sunday (of Memorial Day weekend) looking for a room for one night. By some miracle they had a room. We arrived a few hours later in a thunderstorm, to find a beautiful, clean room. We had a private, covered balcony porch which... more

Me and my boyfriend stay at the Anchor every fall for our anniversary. And we will continue too. Over the years I have stayed at several B&B's in Ptown and none have come close to the accommodations at the Anchor Inn. I have read several reviews where people have complained about the price and "the service wasn't good because they... more

My partner and I have been staying at the Anchor Inn for a week each summer since 2006. We always leave looking forward to our return visit. With so many choices in Ptown to stay here's what makes the Anchor Inn a winner: Location - right in the heart of it all, yet with the sound proof rooms, you're guaranteed... more

We booked a suite for four nights the end of July. Although pricey, it was worth every cent. The room was large, comfortable and beautiful. The bed was large and comfortable. The room had a private deck overlooking the bay - an incredible view. Although the parking lot is directly below, we were the third level up, so you had... more

Four nights over July 4th for ~$350/night: inability to commit to 7 days stay reduces choices in P-Town. Small room (barely fit queen-size bed/bathroom was almost half as big) but apparently this is typical for P-Town? Lobby/Check in - nice, efficient Continental Breakfast Good location off main strip, though P-Town is small enough that most rooms/inns are in a good... more

We drove into town looking for a place on a whim. We walked around town and compared prices. The Anchor was a little more than we had but we wouldn't have wanted to go anyplace else. The staff was friendly the room was immaculate. We're looking to go back to Ptown and try something different but we're afraid that nothing... more

We stayed at the Anchor Inn for our 2nd time. This time was in mid-June for the film festival. We had a lower level parking lot room. the room was small, but the sheets & bath products were great. It was on the west end prior to the summer season, but it was great for the trip. If you are... more

We stayed at the Inn June 29th to July 1st and it was such a great experience. This was our first time in Cape Cod and the room was exceptionally clean and cozy. The service was outstanding and all the employees were friendly and helpful, especially Mark. I would recommend the Anchor Inn to all my friends . And the... more

While swimming from 1/2 mile offshore with a capsized kayak, I could definitely confirm that my lodging had the most glorious view in Provincetown. Perched atop the third floor in corner room 122 of the back of the Anchor Inn, one felt the tranquility of the seascape, but out in the sea itself, one saw how unique that room was... more
