Beautiful room, with fireplace, close to center of town. Innkeepers were great and informative. Appreciated coffee/tea outside door at 7:30, then a super breakfast at 9. Provincetown was lively with great activities and shopping, most attractions easily walkable and ocean views everywhere. This inn ranks among the finer we've stayed in anywhere. We'll go back! This charming B&B was great. It was the first time we have stayed in a B&B and in Provincetown that is probably where you will stay. This historic house was built by a whaling captain and the owners, Rick and John have maintained the old-world feeling of the town. Breakfast was served on a dining table not a little restaurant... Seasons is our favorite place in Provincetown. John and Rick are wonderful hosts, and are very accommodating. The breakfasts are like no other B&B. DELICIOUS! The house and rooms are very clean and comfortable. We come here every year. It is our home away from home. I highly recommend Seasons, an Inn for All.

i love Ptown and have visited many times before though I have never stayed at Seasons Inn. I read the good reviews and decided to book a room and take my elderly mom who had never been to beautiful Cape Cod before. I hit some terrible traffic and ended up getting there very late at 11pm. John was nice enough... More

Located in center of town right off the main drag in an historic house. Lovely, quiet b&b. I had interaction with John only who was very nice. What I liked about this place was the decor of the house, rooms and the genral vibe was on the upscale side but not overdone. It's a nice place but it feels warm... More

Rick and John are fantastic hosts. Each morning we were greeted with a gourmet style breakfast that fueled us for the remainder of the day of exploring what Ptown and the surrounding area has to offer. It is centrally located and with in minutes of walking you can be downtown exploring all the shops, beaches and restaurants. The Inn is... More

Centrally located...so it's an easy walk to restaurants, galleries & stores Seasons is a great place to relax and get away. Best aspects are it's small size [5 rooms] wonderful gourmet quality breakfasts with guaranteed parking [a big asset in busy Provincetown] John + Rick are friendly and welcoming, and I've met very interesting people at breakfast over the years.... Thank you John and Rick. You welcomed us to a home away from home. You were very helpful in explaining the prime spots to us. Your place is spotless and very comfortable. This was a nice surprise to us and thank you for it. We enjoyed the brakefast concept, which is a very good way to meet the other guests.... More

The real highlight of our stay was John - he was very friendly and knowledgeable and really made us feel at home. This feeling was enhanced by the coffee by the door in the morning and small but important touches like the multi-socket splitter so we could charge laptops and phones without searching for spare places to connect. While the... More

Thank you John & Rick for a lovely visit. We could only stay a single (Saturday) night and even though they have (as does most every place in town) a minimum stay requirement during high season, they squeezed us in. The rates are reasonable and the property bursting with charm, although as I believe many people have mentioned, the hosts... More
