Great B&B in a great location. Very friendly Innkeepers made for a very enjoyable stay. The delicious breakfast was a great ending to great experience in Provincetown! The price was a very good value. Location was just one block from Commercial Street where all the action is.

we hadn't stayed here in years and now I'm wondering why. Rick and John's hospitality is second to none! The little touches- the tea/coffee at your door and the BREAKFAST makes this an incredible inn. It's quiet yet right in the middle of PTOWN so it's the total package. Can't wait for our next stay. Bed and breakfasts are plentiful in Provincetown, MA but only one has the best breakfast (see photographic evidence), great location (on quiet street but right in the middle of the stores and restaurants), and most pleasant hosts!
