Spouse and I were here 5 Years ago, same owners still own it. Place is hard to find as its off the main roads. Parking is limited, but Public parking near by. Rooms are small but then this is a historical home and rooms were small back then. We had a queen bed, with private bath. Closet, fridge, and A/C.... More

Clean, attractively furnished rooms at reasonable prices with fresh flowers and homemade muffins every morning with complimentary coffee/tea, cereal, OJ & h.b. eggs !!! The staff is super helpful and pleasant and welcoming. Staying 5 nights, the friendly owner Russ offered me free parking a few minutes away - quite a favor in Ptown !!! Luciano and Kris work long... I stayed at Moffett House for one night and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Moffett House is centrally located up a walkway which leads off of Commercial St and is a peaceful setting despite its close proximity to this busy street. It is roughly 5 mins walk from the ferry terminal and 1 min walk from Lopes Square. I chose one... More

The inn is very well located in the wonderful center of Provincetown. The room we had was clean, simply decorated, and had everything we need. Luciano, the housekeeper, was nice, friendly, and gave us a lot of useful advices about where to eat. Hope to come back again!

This is a great place to stay in Provincetown. A superb central location, the inn is housed in a charming historic building, kept super clean by excellent staff, especially Luciano, the Inn's official Houseboy! You have free use of bikes, coffee and fruits in the morning, access to WiFi and printer. It is tucked away off Commerical St making it... More

The inn is typical Cape Cod quaint, warm and charming. The location of the inn could not be better right in the heart of Proviencetown .The staff makes you feel at home, very polite and helpful. The rooms are cozy clean and very comfortable. The outside garden is a quiet peaceful place to enjoy your morning coffee. I would highly... More

The location of the inn is perfect. You can walk the whole town from there and you are right in the middle of everything. But, the room was very dirty. The interior is old and not taken care off. The room was dusty, curtains and windows dirty. Bathroom interior was rusty, dirty or not working properly. The staff is very... More

I travelled alone to Provincetown, in quite low budget. The Moffet house was the cheapest place I found, nevertheless, the room was exactly what I needed. The cheapest room is seriously SMALL, but has a nice window overlooking the tower of the pilgrim monument, it was warm for cold days, and had a small fridge. The bathroom (shared) was small, CLEAN,... More

Tripadvisor review may 2015 Thank you for taking the time to write your nice review. We enjoyed hosting your visit. To clarify we also have larger rooms at the Inn. :-} Our rooms vary a lot. Some of our rooms have 2 beds in them and some have private bathrooms. Most of our rooms that don’t have their own bathroom... More

I'm going to Ptown next week, and THE ONLY place I looked to stay in was The Moffett House!!! I've stayed there previously, and have a sense of comfort there in every way. It's more than just a B & B---it's HOME!!! Extremely gracious and attentive staff (Kris, Russ and Luciano), fabulous rooms (I've stayed in several), computer in the... More

Russ and Kris made us feel incredibly welcome during our short stay at Moffett House. The location is brilliant, the bed very comfy and their knowledge of the area unbeatable. Being able to borrow a bike from them to explore the dunes was great fun and a fantastic way to spend a day. Come back and use the amazing outdoor... More
