We stayed here with our three kids. Great location but they TWICE gave us keys to rooms where, when we opened the door, there was another guest already inside (including one teenage girl changing! Surprise!). Ended up in a dirty room overlooking an over-clorinated pool - dark and dank with no direct sunlight. Downstairs cafe has stencils from the Eighties... more

My wife and I visited for 4 nights recently as part of our New England holiday. The hotel is well located and easy walking distance for anywhere in Plymouth town centre. It is near the waterfront but not located on the waterfront so don't expect ocean views - there is a car park and small tourist mall in front of... more

Spent one night at this hotel meeting up with friends. I left behind my cell phone charger. Not only did the staff promptly answer my call for help but they found it and mailed it right back to me. Our room was comfortable, the pool area relaxing, and the lounge area entertaining. The location was near everything. Thumbs up for... more

Only stayed one night but the staff was very pleasant. They have a nice indoor pool with a jacuzzi. It has a nice location for seeing Plymouth Harbor. It was fun playing with the sleep number mattresses, too! ; ) more

I stayed at the Radisson because I had business there and was very impressed! First of all, the location is fabulous: you are within walking distance to a very nice shopping village (right across the parking lot), restaurants and the waterfront. The rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable. I found the front desk staff to be helpful, and the... more

Walking into the Radisson Plymouth, is a bit like walking back in time. It has a little bit of a Seventies feel to it, which would seem to suit its main clientele! A very pleasant staff, really helpful. The place is extremely quiet and old fashioned, but overall a "nice" place to be. The rooms are a little old smelling,... more

50th High School Class Reunion-2008 We are former residents of Massachussets, and stayed here many times when it was a Sheraton Hotel. It's a little pricey -because of the excellent location, but worth it. Had a wonderful-Thurs through Saturday reunion. Very neat -clean-with a nice friendly staff. The beds are wonderful-with the sleep numbers on them. The breakfasts in the dining... more

This was my first visit with Radisson. My husband and I thought we would try it since we have a sleep number bed. I have to say this hotel was nice, comfortable, clean and convenient. We were walking distance from nice shops to walk around and do at night with our kids. The pool at this property is nice. I... more
