Last time I stayed here I was with my kids & we had a fantastic time. This time my husband & I went away for a romantic weekend. We stayed in a suite & it was beautiful. Everything we could ask for and more. The Waterfire Tavern was a pleasant surprise. A great bar for a small town. Atmosphere was... More

This hotel is in a great location. Almost anything you want is within walking distance. That's the good part. Would I go back? Doubtful. The hotel is reasonably clean, the room was nice enough. The housekeeping and maintenance staff were great, very friendly and efficient. The pool is a weird layout. The slide is fun but we were lucky the... More

Dear yddub, Thank you for your review. I assure you that what you stated to have experienced is not our way. Our front desk always should be friendly and professional to all guest and we have worked hard to install this in all employees of this hotel. We have recently upgraded our WIFI here at the Inn and my staff... More

It's an okay hotel but over-priced for what you get. First, the location is excellent, within easy walking distance of downtown Plymouth. The rooms are a bit small and overstuffed with furniture. Beds are uncomfortably soft. Bathroom is tiny. Internet was intermittent and slow when it was available. Friendly and helpful staff. We had breakfast in the restaurant the first... More

Stayed here 5 nights. The JC is a midsized hotel within walking distance to downtown, Plymouth Rock, and museums. Very family friendly. Rooms are quite, otherwise just ok, nothing special. Beds are soft, uncomfortably so for me. The restaurant is probably great for kids but I found the food rather bland and often hot food was served room temperature. Staff... More

We live about two hours away, and my relatives told us about the great hotel with the indoor pool. We made reservations and upon our arrival the staff made us feel welcome right away and told us about the pool, the spa and the restaurant and tavern right next to the lobby. The rooms are impeccable, and the proximity to all... More

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The pool with its ship themed water slide was excellent for kids. The pool also offered an outdoor area to sit and enjoy some sun as well as life guards. Only down fall (which wasn't all that bad) was that in order to get food or adult beverages you have to walk through... More

Nice clean room, good beds, very helpful and friendly staff. Savings voucher for attached restaurant (lunch and dinner). No refrigerator in room. Very satisfied with our stay, will recommend it to friends.

Booked online with no problem at all. We got a good room for about $100.00 a night - Booking in was a chore as the rooms were not ready as the door locks were being changed and upgraded. The rooms were very clean and presentable. The hotel's pool was great and timing our visit to a lunchtime gave us almost... More

My wife and I stayed at the John Carver Inn as part of a "Sweet Deal" package, where we got a superior room for one night, as well as a visit to the spa for a couple's massage. But first the inn. The online reservation system is not very clear. When I selected the Sweet Deal package, it then asked... More
