We stayed here with our three grandchildren who loved the pool and the concept of having their own suite. Well laid out and landscaped, our entire stay was one of our best ever! more

It is a very clean hotel friendly staff and it has a wonderfull hotel garden. The rooms were spacious and clean. We had a short walk to the harbour for dinner. The street is a bit quiet but we feelt not afraid or so. Breakfast was good, but we disliked the plastic plates and knifes it`s a pity! more

After reading favourable reviews on Trip Advisor I bookked 3 rooms at his hotel by email from the UK; no problem at all Good sized rooms which were clean and comfortable. Adequate buffet continental breakfast. The location was not as convenient as i imagined. It was a longish walk down to the harbour where we had our evening meal. Afterwards... more

My wife and I stayed for only one night here. I can repeat what all the recent reviewers have said. We arrived on the tail of Hurricane Kyle very weary after a horrendous last two hours of driving. Mark soon calmed us down, put us at ease and pointed us to an excellent local restaurant on the sea front. The... more

After spending 2 weeks traveling in the USA, we arrived here. Friendly and helpful reception. Excellent grounds and setting, great room, good value price. We were allowed to check in early, given an upgrade without asking. many other hotels could learn a lot from this one. The room is almost as good as one we stayed in in NYC for... more

My husband and I stayed here while attending a wedding in Plymouth. We arrived a little late and were greeted by very friendly front desk staff (Mark). The grounds are lovely, it was too cold to enjoy the heated outside pool, but the overall ambience was very welcoming and pleasant. We joked with Mark that because we were late we... more

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Cold Spring. Our room was very nice and the location is good for visiting the historical areas, restaurants and shopping in downtown Plymouth. The property is immaculate with nice landscaping. Our kids were a little disappointed in the pool. It was heated to a nice comfortable temperature, but the deep end... more
