We stayed here for two nights and were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of accommodation given the reasonable rates. We arrived after reception had closed and our key was left in an envelope for us. The room was great, clean and really comfy bed. Air con was loud but worked well. There was a pool that we didn't get... More

This was a good hotel for us for the few days we were in the area. The hotel was attractive and the room was large enough for the 4 of us (2 adults + 2 older children). The breakfast was very nice, especially the DIY waffle option. I do have a complaint about the room being gloomy and musty -... More

On approaching the hotel, our hearts were in our mouths when we realised it was on the main road through town. But it is far enough away from the centre for the traffic to be greatly reduced, especially at night. We found the room to be quiet, clean and very comfortable, especially as we got an upgrade to a suite!... More

Front desk staff was probably the best I've encountered anywhere. The room was a little small but it was clean and very nice. My only complaint is the breakfast. I did not like the eggs. Maybe it was just that morning, but they were not good. The waffles (make yourself) and the fruit was very good. Perfectly located. It's about... More

I made a three-night reservation and later decided that I wanted to spend an extra night so I made a separate reservation. Both were through third party booking sites. I had requested both online and in person, a second floor room because I was traveling with my nine-year old grandson and feel safer on the second floor, especially in a... More

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for your review, We are really sorry that we didn't meet your expectation at your stay. We really apologize that we were not able to accommodate you on second floor, as it was a busy time of the season and all our rooms were already booked. We really didn't have any intention to lock... This is a great location, beautiful landscape, proximity to all attractions, tasty breakfast, complementary parking nearby. This is a real retreat for those who looks for complete rest. My daughter and I enjoyed it so much. It is located half way between Boston and Hyannis beaches at Cape Cod - only half an hour drive in both directions, which was... More

This hotel was very nice. Beautiful grounds and everyone working there was extremely friendly and helpful. Short walk down to the waterfront. We enjoyed our stay there. I would recommend staying here.

Have stayed in Plymouth many times but this was our first time at this hotel. We decided to try it because of the consistently good reviews it has on Trip Advisor. This hotel lived up to all of the great reviews. We only stayed one night but were very pleased with our room, the cleanliness of our room and the... More

We found this Best Western to be well-run, clean, comfortable, and well-located. Staff was very helpful. Fresh-baked cookies at check-in are a nice touch. The rooms are nicely appointed with extra pillows and blankets, if needed.

We traveled to Plymouth as part of our family's tour of Massachusetts. This was by far my favorite hotel of the trip. Comfortable beds in a comfortable room with lots of space for our family of four. Rocking chairs outside our door. We loved being able to walk into town and down to the waterfront. Staff was kind. Breakfast was... More
