You would be well advised to sleep on a park bench in a snow storm than stay at this facility. From the mice feces on and in the waffle maker to the three time lock out of our room @ zero degrees and the 25 min. wait to have someone staff the front desk so I could get back into... More

needed to use the restroom upon entry to register; disgusting is putting it mildly; fortunately we were there prior to the cancellation deadline. Took full advantage and registered at another local hotel for an infinitely better experience including a clean facility. Good grief.

I booked this motel without consulting tripadvisor first. Big mistake. I got a good price (considering it is a popular area and high season), but it wasn't worth the (relatively) low price. I agree with most of the other reviews. The tub was stained and so was the room carpet. There were bugs in the bathroom. The smoke smell was... More

I booked this in a hurry to visit a friend in the area. My mistake. Horrible. Dirty. Old. Smelly. I've had better Motel 6s, and I paid $187 for my one night here. The place smelled terribly. It was dirty. The staff was not helpful. I would've been upset if I paid $50 for this room. Don't stay here. Yuck.... More

Outside hallways look like its a dump but the room was actually pretty decent. Except the toilet seat cover was too small for the toilet (see picture) and the phone kept ringing for no reason. The attendant at the front desk seemed unwilling to do anything about either except offer us a new room (too much trouble) and tell us... More

My fiance and I were finalizing wedding plans and chose the hotel since it was dog friendly. First, they did not have our reservation in the system, although I called asking for an early check in and our name was there a week before. We were asked our dog's weight and they said the limit is 25 pounds. He’s definitely over... More

New fixtures and desk, paint, etc. are nice. But the dirt still shows through. The tub had black soap scum that must have taken a long time to build up. It was gross. Am I the first one to notice this? I would have moved on, but I'm subject to DOT hours of service. Sorry, but this place needed a... More

I've stayed here 3 times in the past month , only because it's so close to where I'm working, but this is the last time. I'm laying in the bed now, and the room smells like a mixture of funk and cigarette smoke, and I didn't want a smoking room. My first night here the bottom of the shower curtain... More

This motel is right at a busy intersection in Pittsfield, zero atmosphere. Motel is very old and dated. Towels are tiny, sheets are rough. It was the cheapest room I could find for visiting day weekend. It was also, very unfortunately, a smoking room, and it smelled revolting! The 'breakfast' was as unappealing as they come. Pass on that. If... More

This is a chain hotel and thus a certain experience was expected: not the plushest towels or sheets, but reasonably comfortable and clean. However, what was not expected was the poor service. Breakfast was advertised as being from 6:30 - 9:30. My boyfriend and I arrived in the lobby at 9:20 to find two mini muffins, a sad little danish,... More
