I am a traveling businessman and stay at 15-20 hotels a month. I use CLC for my stays which is an agreed upon rate between the hotels and CLC. I have never met a hotel staff that was more genuinely concerned for their guests. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I will DEFINITELY stay at this hotel on future trips to the Boston area. God bless you!

This was a trip to receive follow up care at Boston Children's for my daughter. The hotel staff was very helpful and welcoming. The accommodations were very nice and the breakfast was well rounded. My daughter loved making her waffles and the toppings were a hit.

An excellent place with lots of personal touch's , friendly and helpful staff ,spotlessly clean, very convenient for the Laney Hospital and the Northshore shopping Mall, with shuttle service included.

The hotel is basically in the middle of a traffic interchange. If you're on MA-128, you have to veer off the exit ramp to US-1 on a crude path that, when we were there, was unmarked. (A former sign may have been stolen.) The desk clerk had some English language difficulties. But the room itself was nice.

This IS a great location, but it can be tough to get into our parking lot. The Dearborn Rd sign on the back entrance may be gone until Spring - THEN it will be covered by the overhanging leaves, still making it difficult to see! Now that you know how to find us, please come back for another visit. More

We really appreciated the service and accommodations that the Hampton Inn offered us on our trip. It was reasonably priced, easy to find, the check in and check out process were quick,our room was clean, and the breakfast was nice. We will stay here again when we are in the area.

Everything was as expected for a hotel of this class. Our room was clean and comfortable. The lobby and breakfast area were nicer then other hotels of this rating. The pool was on the cold side. Found the hotel to be clean and pleasant, the service was excellent and the rooms very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very good. We received complimentary internet in our room and it was of good quality. The gym was good but it was much to cold a time of year for us to desire a swim

This time of year can dampen the desire of even an Olympic swimmer to take the plunge !!! Sounds like the other amenities made your stay enjoyable, though; plan to come back when it's a bit warmer and you can sit outside to enjoy your breakfast. More

This is yet again another great Hampton hotel. Spotless, an extremely accommodating staff and for the money a great value. The only exception and I almost changed rooms upon check in but did not was that the hotel is on a very busy road and thinking the traffic would subside after rush hour was disappointed to experience that the traffic... This is a great location, but those front facing rooms CAN be noisy - when next you visit us, please remind us that you would prefer to be on the back side of the Hotel - if you are here in the Fall, you'll be able to see some changing of the colors of the leaves !!!!! More
