Overall a good place to stay, despite the difficulty getting to the property. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and well-maintained but the floor in the hallway needed more attentive vacuuming. more

Upon arrival the outside doors to the lobby jammed and that about summed up the stay. Specific problems included a bathroom that had mold around the soap holder in the shower, they did clean it when asked; a lobby bathroom that must have been 100 degrees, and elevators that were slow and at times only one worked. Overall the cleanliness... more

This hotel is located approx 5 miles from Salem, 12 miles from the airport and around 13 miles from downtown Boston. We had free parking and hot breakfast. Both very nice pluses. The pool was open from 9AM - 9PM but the staff offered to let us go into it later if we promised to stay quite. The staff by... more

We stayed here for a wedding in Lynn, MA. Overall the hotel is nice and clean. The only issues we had was only one of the two elevators were working. The hallways and elevators were so hot you would break a sweat when walking out of room. For the free breakfast, I was traveling with an 18 mos old and... more

Good location, close to Salem. Great building, beatiful indoor pool. But too many smoking rooms, and poor staff (below average for Hampton Inns). more

The staff is very friendly and courteous and the breakfast is good. and yeah it has a nice indoor pool and an average fitness center. As some people have said, it... more

Very nice hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The fitness room was very basic (It had two treadmills. That's it) but that's all I needed. There's no bar, but there's a Bennigan's next door. I would recommend this to friends and family! more

As noted by other reviewers, this locale can be a little hard getting into and out of. The staff was ever present for us and very accomodating. We chose this side of Boston for our drive to Maine and also downtown Boston. We only stayed one night here, but were very pleased with the staff and amenities. There is ample... more

We stayed at this Hampton in June of 2007. This property has been recently updated and looked very nice overall. It has a big lobby, which serves as the breakfast room. On the plus side, our room had two very comfortable double beds, with plush comforters. We never heard any other guests, including no noise from water running elsewhere in... more

Nice hotel but the access was extremely difficult. The staff was friendly and helpful, answering two calls to give directions, because we were lost! The choice of sausage, egg & muffin breakfast was unique and good. A short drive to Salem and local shopping. more
