Location was fine and price was OK for 2 nights. The choice of food was fine but the cleanliness was wanting. The first morning the apples were not washed and one was rotten. Food handler did not wear gloves. Dirty handle on food warmer. Second morning the handle was still dirty so food handler was notified. Dirty spout on milk... More

Great Place and great people. The area has walking distance places to eat that are in everyones price rang. The shuttle bus will take you were you need to go if you do not want to drive. Over all the place is great. The staff make you feel wanted.

Very nice hotel, good location, on Route 1, a little tricky getting in and out of the driveway/parking lot if it's a busy time of day for traffic. But they want 40,000 points for a free night. About twice what comparable hotels get. Lots of restaurants to choose from in the area.

First impressions mean alot and to get to the hotel there is a incredibly sharp and dangerous turn off the local highway that brings you to the rear of the hotel. The hotel faces busy highway one with a barrier wall making getting around a pain. The hotel lobby is freshly updated and looks great the rooms need some TLC.... More

I stayed at this hotel and experienced no problems. They were deep cleaning the carpets on the day I arrived. I like to see the hotel being kept up. I found the hotel staff to be helpful and nice. There are a few dinner choices within walking distance to the hotel.

Another consistently good Hampton Inn but, there were two things I expected during my stay that were not present: 1.) A Boston area hotel should carry NESN on their television service since it televises Boston Red Sox games. 2.) There was no refrigerator in the room like I have come to expect in just about all other Hampton Inns We... More

We stayed at this hotel on 7th and 8th August 2014 at the start of a tour of New England. It is handy for Boston and Salem and is located at the side of a busy road. There was little or no traffic noise discernible, at least not from our room, which did overlook the road. Double glazing must have... More

Over priced run down hotel. Paper thin walls, Loud A/C, crappy breakfast with out of service signs on the juice machine, screaming kids, un-safe treadmills, on and on.... I paid $198 per night. I am sure other patrons had better rates but as a Diamond Member, I would have thought I might have been given the best rate possible or... More

The hotel was clean and efficient. It did not have any individualized charm. There was no feeling of being appreciated. It was efficient but not welcoming. I would stay at hotel next door or down the street next time. The personnel staff did not make you want to come back.

When I booked this hotel online, I had one choice, a room with 2 beds (doubles bed I think) and that was it. Although the room was clean overall, we were overwhelmed by the smell of smoke. When we checked in, no one warned us we had booked a smoking room. And I do not recall the online booking indicating... More
