As a pharmaceutical business executive I have spent hundreds of nights at every form of Marriott hotel accommodation in the US and overseas. The reason why I decided to take the time and write this review is because I experienced something exceptional at this particular location while staying there over the weekend. Being a Marriott Platinum Elite member I expect... More

Stayed here because of the package plan for the Peabody Essex Museum. Though it was not in Salem, it is a great place to stay between Biston and Salam. I always like the suite type room, so that was a plus. They have an indoor pool and fitness room with weights. A plus!. Breakfast was a hot/cold buffet, very well... More

Nice location to travel into Boston and explore the north shore area. The hotel is clean, very good customer service. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping in this area. Breakfast buffet is typical for a Springhill Suites hotel. A clean hotel we will return to for our next visit to the area.

Okay so this was a bit awkward. My girlfriend and I are from Chicago. She smokes marijuana for anxiety, so we travel with it, and bring it into our hotel with us. We don't smoke in the room, but we will smoke outside and we'll clean up and put everything away. When we leave we always remove all pipes and... More

The breakfast: two types of sausage, eggs, yogurts, cereals, fruit etc., so not the typical all-carb breakfast bar. The employees are amazingly friendly and helpful. The rooms are much larger than a regular hotel room; I can't understand why people don't choose suites all the time. Clean. Tastefully decorated. Nice amenities. I'd stay here again.

We travel to this area of Massachusetts quite frequently as my daughter and son-in-law live in the area. We have stayed in multiple hotels based on pricing and location. By far this has been the best experience. The staff were exceptional on arrival and throughout our stay. The pool was warm which was a pleasant surprise. The room was comfortable.... More

We went to Massachusetts for Thanksgiving. With a toddler and an 8 years old in tow, we loved our room. No great views, but we didn't come for the views. Easy access to Salem and Boston. Easy access to two interstates which was important to us that we not have to go through downtown Boston when heading out to Western... More

First and foremost I would like to recognize the employees here; Leah @ the Front desk was absolutely superb!! Not only was she genuinely courteous but extremely helpful. Always met our most simplest needs with a welcoming smile. Her colleague at the front desk (tall, possibly middle eastern male?) was also extremely nice (sorry, but I have bad memory) ,... More

Before you go, please note: there's a Boston Marriott Peabody on Centennial Drive and then there's SpringHill Suites by Marriott Boston Peabody on Newbury Street/Route 1. We tried to check in at the first one only to find out our reservation was at the second one---and we were not the only ones at the wrong hotel! I really like the... More

Our stay at the Springhill Suites was very nice. It was our first stop after landing in Boston and I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel was quiet and comfortable despite being located next to a busy road. It was also very convenient to many local points of interest and good seafood restaurants.
