We have stayed here during the past several years and it keeps getting better. The owners continue to work hard at updating. Everything in the room works! Fresh homemade muffins as well as cereral, juice and coffee are a nice touch! Exceptionally clean!

Good place to sleep, easy drive to beaches on bay or outer Cape. Room was small but very clean. Owners very pleasant and friendly. Close to food and shopping.

Excellent location, wonderful owners, very clean. Large area to relax, great muffins! We arrived during a hurricane week. The owners were wonderful to us and very helpful. The place is very clean, the grounds are beautiful and I would highly recommend this Motel to anyone staying in Orleans, Cape Cod.
