We spent Columbus weekend (Oct 11-14) at Residence Inn and found everything fine. We had a one bedroom suite with a fireplace. Could not have asked for more space. Had 2 tv's and a full kitchen. Nice indoor pool(chilly) and a tennis court which the kids enjoyed. Breakfast was excellent .Lots of choices... hot and cold, all included in daily... more

I have never written a hotel review before but I feel compelled to do so here. First, the General Manager screwed up our reservation and did not have the correct room for us. They made us wait about an hour to check in even though there was only one person in front of us and the rest of the staff... more

Just got back from a one week stay at this hotel, it was a steal for the price we paid on priceline. My room was a studio suite which consisted of a king bed, kitchen area, sofa, desk and table with chairs. First thing I noticed was how roomy the studio was lots of space. room was very clean I was... more

This a newer property with 4 floors.. Views are either of the Highway, Route 1 or of an office building set back in a wooded area. As with all Residence Inns', there is a basketball court. This property has wisely put their court near the pool and not in the middle of the courtyard which most rooms surround. This makes... more

We stayed here for three nights recently because we were attending a game at Gillette Stadium and also visiting family in the area. I wanted a decent non-smoking/king-bed room with in-room kitchen facilities, not too far from the stadium. We had stayed at the Extended Stay America in Norton on a previous visit to the area, but for a number... more

Spent a couple of nights here while on a business trip. The hotel is clean and modern, if not a little sterile and corporate looking. The rooms were well thought out, with great kitchen facilities in every room, sink outside the washroom, lots of desk and table space. For the price of a normal hotel room you can get a... more

I represent a girls soccer team, and we were traveling to the Norwood area for a tournament Memorial Day weekend (end of May). In March, I spoke to the sales manager and "blocked" 10 rooms for my group. He faxed me a contract which I signed and returned. We were required to decide how many rooms we wanted by April... more

Everything about my stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations, from the online reservation system to the actual room and service. I needed to stay in the Norwood area because I was visiting family for the Passover holiday. My relative recommended a different hotel but they did not allow dogs. The Residence Inn made it possible for my family to... more

We selected this hotel for proximity to a family function. We were extremely pleased. The desk clerk on day one was friendly and provided answers to all our questions. We were greated with fresh baked cookies. The room was spacious and clean. Everything we needed was in the room - glasses, ice, utensils etc. The hot brerakfast in the morning... more

We were lucky enough to find the new Residence Inn after we checked out of the Courtyard. We had a terrible experience at the Courtyard and left early. We came across the Residence Inn on the way back home. We were actually going to end our stay early, but when we saw the new hotel, we decided to stop in... more
