Hotel is directly on the Bay.. tHe beach is right outside your door. Stayed in one room eff. rooms are spacious extremly clean. We can't say enough about Top Mast. It was far more than we ever expected in a beachside motel. The accomodations (kitchen, bath, bedding) were impeccable.
