Went there with a couple friends because we just wanted to be on the beach and thats exactly where we were. We requested the rooms on the first floor, ocean view. Just came back from a great vacation on Cape Cod. Stayed at 2 super places, THE BLUE SEA MOTEL IN TRURO and the VIKING in EASTHAM. Everything you could want. Great rooms, owner hospitality the best, Location was fantastic. Could not have been better.We stayed longer than we had figured. Highlly recommend it .Go for it!!! more

Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is outstanding with its private beach and easy access to Provincetown by bike or a shuttle bus. The front desk staff were very pleasant, and that's where the goodness ends. We stayed in the building of rooms across from the main motor inn, referred to as the dune view rooms. Arrived to an overwhelming stench of mold in the room itself. Even after airing out it was present enough that you could "taste" it in the air.... more

a very tired, unclean and insecure accomodation. The owners were friendly enough but the place itself is very down-at-heel and I wouldn't recommend staying here. The place needs a major overhaul to take advantage of its wonderful beach loaction. more
