Our daughter's wedding reception was held in the Kingston, MA area last September. The bridal party as well as a number of guests and immediate family stayed at this property. Some of the guests had traveled from out of town but many of us were from the Boston/eastern Massachusetts area. It was important for us to have a convenient place... more

I stayed at this hotel for a weekend, as part of a wedding party. It was within only a few miles of the reception site, so it seemed like a good idea. Not only was this hotel comepletely disgusting, but the toliet was broken, my keys were only activated for 5 hours, when I paid cash for two nights. I... more

My family and I stayed here for one night and it was awful. The room and bathroom was dirty. There was a clump of hair behind the bathroom door. The rug was stained and dirty, (peanuts all over the rug and "balcony"). There was also food left in the microwave. The pools were filthy, full of floating hair. They were... more

We read all the bad reviews on this site but had no choice staying here since it was reserved by our a wedding party. The room was NOT cleaned upon arrivial. Yes, the bed linen wash fresh, but the rug was not cleaned and neither was the bathroom. The sink was dirty and the shower and tub unit had soap... more

I can't believe this place stays in business. Its outdated, loud, right on the highway ( yes, loud 18 wheeler trucks all night long) no place nearby for a good breakfast. The room was disgraceful. Bad heat and I don't quite understand why, but the rug was moist. The bathroom had mold in it. The facilities were awful and I... more

What a rathole. This is not a hotel, its low income housing, which is what the ' owner' calls an extended stay booking' in a prior review. This place is old, decrepit and has no access to anything good but a highway. No place to get a decent breakfast nearby, the rooms smelled of smoke. I met a Kingston Police... more

We stayed here for a wedding. It was $95 with tax for the 2 double beds. The room was so hot and stuffy. The bureau was completely destroyed, had no finish left on it what-so-ever. Dingy looking. The shower was hideous. Thankfully I showered at home and didn't have to use the shower. I did reach for the hairdryer though,... more

I am very sorry you were disappointed with your accommodations in Room 120 when you came for the wedding. I met quite a few of the wedding guests both at check-in and at the Sunday morning continental breakfast buffet, and, to a person, they were more than pleased with our accommodations. I just wish you had called the desk to...

We booked our stay on the internet and were very misled. As we were waitng for our condo on Cape Cod we had a possible stay of maybe 2 months. When we asked to leave early they told us we were to be backed charged $300 a nite. So much for there "suite deal" of $1500 a month. While we... more

Guest had signed an Extended Stay Tenancy at Will Agreement for $1495/month. The daily rate for this suite becomes only $48.22 versus $149.00 at the full regular rate. The understanding is that the guest is committed to staying the full month in order to receive that rate. To leave early, therefore, is non-refundable and to add a few days extra...

This place is terrible. My husband and I stayed here and we ended up leaving early because the place is a dump! The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything your neighbor's are doing. We requested a non-smoking room and we got a smoking room because "supposively" they did not have any non-smoking rooms, although we made a... more

I am very sorry that you had an unpleasant stay with us. As you may know the various buildings on our property are all concrete construction which has made it the most soundproof hotel you will find. However, there are times when there are extra loud neighbors, or for example, wedding parties that somehow seem to find their way to...
