I stayed at this hotel in 2008 and didn't have any negative issues to report. I'm a great fan of Best Western in general, but this hotel is not at all up to their standards. Got put here by the Priceline negotiator. Room and Staff were very nice. Clean and relativly new. Very thin walls. stayed here for 2 nights while we visited cape cod and the surrounding area. I was a little hesitant because of seemingly sparse area around it but all the stores and restaurants you need are on the opposite side that we came in. When we arrived two of the rooms were smoking - I requested non-smoking since one of my family members has asthma - and we needed this changed. We stayed here so we could attend the U Mass orientation program Summer 2008. I can honestly say it was clean; large rooms; frree breakfast, and, for this level of hotel, probably the best I have ever stayed in. We have stayed in 5 Star hotels worldwide, and all in all, this was great for the price and location. more

Needed to stay in the area for a funeral. Room was ok except that you could hear the occupants of the room above get up every hour on the hour all night long...cheap construction (?) made the floors very creaky.
