We were there for our son's wedding. We had six rooms full with our extended family for the wedding. Place was nearly new, clean. Breakfast was great. Staff was wonderful. Excellent service. Laura was especially helpful, but all staff were great. more

Stayed for two nights on a first-time visit to family in the area. Pros: very nice staff--they were always helpful with tips and directions for the area. The room, decor, bath, and tv were very acceptable. Nice size refridge but no microwave. Good breakfast with hot food (eggs, sausage) and nice selection of cereals, pastries, bread, juice, and coffee. CONS:... more

I stayed at this hotel in 2008 and didn't have any negative issues to report. I'm a great fan of Best Western in general, but this hotel is not at all up to their standards. This trip in 2009 was terrible. On both nights of a two-night stay, we were awakened in the middle of the night by other guests.... more

Got put here by the Priceline negotiator. Room and Staff were very nice. Clean and relativly new. Very thin walls. There was a wedding/Bachelorette party happening and i was woken up at 5am with screaming in the hallway. Not really the hotels fault but soured my stay. The pool was incredibly over cholinated we could only stay in it for... more

stayed here for 2 nights while we visited cape cod and the surrounding area. I was a little hesitant because of seemingly sparse area around it but all the stores and restaurants you need are on the opposite side that we came in. A newish hotel with comfortable beds ,very clean room, nice continental breakfast and helpful staff..what more could... more

Went through Priceline to get our rooms (needed 3 rooms). When we arrived two of the rooms were smoking - I requested non-smoking since one of my family members has asthma - and we needed this changed. The Manager, Ruth Schuler, took time to rearrange rooms and get everyone situated. And she made sure every time she saw me or... more

We stayed here so we could attend the U Mass orientation program Summer 2008. I can honestly say it was clean; large rooms; frree breakfast, and, for this level of hotel, probably the best I have ever stayed in. We have stayed in 5 Star hotels worldwide, and all in all, this was great for the price and location. more

Needed to stay in the area for a funeral. Room was ok except that you could hear the occupants of the room above get up every hour on the hour all night long...cheap construction (?) made the floors very creaky. I had specifically requested a quiet room and was disappointed in that regard. If you need quiet you should request... more

We stayed overnight here recently while our daughter was at orientation at UMASS Dartmouth. Liked: The hotel was clean with a good size room and bath. Staff was pleasant and courteous. The continental breakfast was convenient -- had cereal, make your own waffle, bagels, danish, toast, juice, coffee, and milk -- but no fruit the day we were there. Disliked:... more
