This hotel worked for us. The serious management issues mentioned in recent reviews either have been fixed, or we were lucky. We had no problems with noise (on a weekend at the beginning of the high season on Cape Code and the islands), cleanliness, or staff. I don't know what happened to this property but is has really gone downhill in past 6 months. I can't believe it is still a Marriott. My family (5 of us) was very pleased w/the Residence Inn. My husband was shocked at the room price. He actually said "Wow this room was just $119?!" That was what we paid with our AAA discount. I have stayed at numerous Residence Inns. Mostly, they provide nice spacious rooms with friendly staff and a decent breakfast in the morning. This one was none of the above. Stayed in one bedroom hotel suite. Everything was perfect: comfortable bed and towels, clean accomodations, very plentiful breakfast each morning, wireless. Just returned from trip to the Northeast with my mother, young daughter, and dog. We were pleasantly surprised by the Residence Inn. The staff was accomodating, the suites were well-equipped and spotless. This is truly a "pet-friendly" place with a convenient grassy area for walking dogs.
