I stayed here one night - it was a nightmare - the room was shabby - the air conditioner was loud and blew directly on the beds...I also ended up with a case of SCABIES!!! I stayed at the Holiday Inn to visit Mass. college of liberal arts. When I got there i was greeted by a very frendly from desk representitive. We stayed at the Holiday Inn in North Adams for two nights. We ate in the restaurant twice. First for dinner. We walked in around 7:30. There were about 4 full tables in a restaurant of about 25. We were seated pretty quickly. Then it took about 15 minutes for a waitress to come over to ask for our drink... more
We stayed here while on a college search with our daughter. The room was clean, but the mattresses were clearly old -- broken down on the sides from people sitting on them. My husband and I had a hard time not rolling out of the bed during the night. Also, the black window stripping was hanging down outside our window... more
