This hotel was a nightmare from the start! Poorly located and in desperate need of an upgrade - no hair dryer in the bathroom, but a phone jack! How '80's! The a/c clicks on and off all night, adding to the noise from the tpke, which is already atrocious, hence the earplugs, lavender linen spray and 'relaxation cd' in the... more

Very accommodating! I called three days before arrival and gave several requests knowing I was taking some friends that had never been before and I wanted them to see what a great place this was to stay at.. Wow they were all met......ask for Gergana or Andrea, these ladies are awesome! Rooms are very ample, courtesy van available, bus to... more

When I walked into this hotel, I noticed a lot of road noise, so I asked for a room away from the highway. The front desk told me the hotel way directly on top of I-90 and all rooms faced the interstate. But because I am a Platinum member with them I was on the "Quiet Floor" a Crowne Plaza... more

As others have said about this hotel - the Sheraton group had let it become very run down and shabby. It only became a Crown Plaza in the last week or two, so you cant blame them for its current condition. We stayed there on a group/special rate for a soccer tournament around the area. I would have been VERY... more

This is the dirtiest, most outdated hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything seemsold, shabby, and really filthy. We had to stay here because of other hotels being booked due to graduation weekends of BC and BU. Try the Indigo-nice rooms and great restaurant. more

I was a bit concerned about this hotel, after reading some of the reviews talking about the high noise level. I need not have been. As you can see from my pictures, we here on the "highway" side of the hotel, and could not hear any noise from the cars passing below. Staff was helpful, room was clean. It was... more

Perched on the Mass. Turnpike. The road noise, even on the upper floors, was constant but not loud. This hotel has one TV channel identified as "family," but the programing on that channel covers a broad range, some of which is not suited for younger kids. If you want a cartoon for the 8 and unders, you must pay. The... more

Have to say the quality of the hotel doesnt match what I would expect for a Sheradon. Where do I start, firsty everyday I come back to the room the room smells of damp. Have to turn on the heater to get rid of the smell. Tried to leave the air on in the day and that doesn't make a... more

The Sheraton Newton's staff worked very hard, and with good cheer, to overcome some pretty annoying problems that we encountered during this stay. First, on the non-smoking Starwood Preferred floor, we got a VERY recently smoked-in room and the smell got far worse when we ran the ac. Some kind soul at the desk searched for an hour and found... more

The hotel is worn and needs to be refreshed. New carpet, new paint, etc. Staff were generally helpful, nothing especially good or bad. Room service was fine. Bartender seemed to be overwhelmed if more than two patrons visited at the same moment. Reservation system was filled with errors. I received neither my upgrade as a SPG gold member nor my... more
