Stayed here while working in Boston. The drive is short to downtown so very convenient if you want be close to city but not stay downtown. The Support staff is very good and if I had any questions, room service or any other contact I was very pleased. We had a mix-up with our reservation and they only had one... More

I came to Boston for business, paid 200 per night. Hotel is above highway 90, windows are not sound proof - according to the FOM they are, or they told her they are- and I just couldn't sleep. Hotel management won't take responsibility and basically doesn't care, it seams to me that they were never told what "hospitality means". If... More

My husband and I stayed here for three nights. breakfast buffet - sweet pastries were moldy. When I pointed this out to the waiter, he thanked me, quickly removed them, and also quickly replaced them with new pastries which were.......stale. we did not have breakfast there again. The previous night we had dinner in the restaurant. We were in a... More

This hotel is built over the highway but we heard no noise from the roadway. The staff was great the rooms and bathrooms were clean. The 504 bus picked us up outside the hotel and got us into the heart of Boston in less then 15 minutes ( Hard to park in Boston as most know ) also very close... More

Stayed while touring colleges in Boston. It is in a great location but is right on the highway. We were on one of the higher floors and could still hear the highway noise. The staff was very helpful and breakfast was good.

This hotel is literally built on Masspike expressway. You hear it from the rooms. Not relaxing. All other things about it were ok, but won't stay here again. If u do, ask for room facing away from highway.

Okay, okay, okay, let's not dwell on the obvious, but we'll get it out of the way. This hotel is plain, it perches above a highway, and it's not near any signature sites. But... the prices are reasonable, everything is clean and the place is incredibly convenient on many levels. If you visit (as I did) during a late-winter snowstorm,... More

My wife and I were going to be staying in Boston for 5 days leading up to the St. Patrick's Day parade in mid-March. After searching various hotels for their value vs proximity to Boston, we read the reviews for the Crown Plaza in Newton. Keep in mind (as we did) that everything is going to be costly in the... This hotel was built literally on the westbound entrance ramp to I-90 in Boston. It's actually hard to figure out how they managed to build a hotel of this size in that spot. What's harder to figure out is why. I-90 is an extremely active 6 lane highway bringing traffic from the east into downtown Boston. The noise of cars... More

Dear LKF55, Thank you for your feedback. We take our guest comments very seriously and always strive to provide comfortable and friendly accommodations. We appreciate your nice comment regarding the lobby. However, we’re sorry we fell below your expectation regarding the traffic noise, bathroom condition and breakfast experience. We will look into these concerns. I assure you that the feedback... More

We decided to stay at this hotel because the hotels in Boston were expensive. This was a mistake. The hotel is around $100 a night, but parking is $30 a night (which is ridiculous and expensive for a place so far). Then you have to drive in and park the car downtown. Parking by quincy market is around $30-40. Prudential... More
