Spent a full day in this lovely B & B in Newton Centre! The room was impeccable, comfy, and serene. A warm and welcoming environment that felt just like home! I hope to have the privilege of staying there again soon. Highly recommended!

We have just returned from a 9 night stay broken by a trip to Maine. This B & B is very attractive with varied and delicious breakfasts to greet one each morning. Carlos is on hand to answer questions and Both Ellen and her husband easy to chat with . The location is great for the T and getting onto... More

Warm and clean rooms, healthy and fresh continental breakfast, and very convenient to the Newton Center T station and local shops. Carlos is friendly and very helpful. There are two cats in the house.

The owners are very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is continental style, although quite expansive. I had some delicious quiche, yogurt, and toast with juice and coffee. All wonderful. We stayed in mid May and there was no AC in our room. A fan would have been nice to help keep... More

My husband and I recently stayed at this beautiful B&B for our son's BU graduation which was only 20 minutes drive back and forth to the college. Very convenient to shops, restaurants and the T. Ellen, her husband and Carlos were so great and very friendly! Very inviting, always checking if we needed anything and truly felt like part of... More

Ellen greated us as we arrived. She was very welcoming. The house is very clean, and although there is a cat, you cannot smell the usual cat smell. We didn't have much of a chance to visit as we arrived later than expected and had to get to the Red Sox game. We arrived back late and we're quiet....woke up... More

We were glad to have you with us. We are sorry that you were too warm for the night you were here - since our Spring has been so chilly, we had not put the air conditioners in yet. I thank you for bringing this to our attention. We always have fans we can give you. More

We absolutely LOVED staying here...... wonderful sleep on a superbly comfortable bed. Every detail for comfort has been seen to. Ellen, her husband and her helper Carlos were all helpful, friendly, and made our stay perfect. Easy few minute walk to the T, lovely neighborhood, oh, and the wonderful, plentiful breakfast!.... We look forward to returning to this beautiful gem.

The Chesley Road B & B was the perfect stay for our most recent trip to the Boston area. We were in town for the marathon. Heartbreak hill is a 5 min walk, great location to cheer on runners, maybe even spot your runner if lucky. Located short 5 min walk to T subway line, only 15-20 min ride in... More

This was exactly the right place for me and my daughter when we were in the Boston area looking at colleges. Our opinion was evidently shared by the two other mother-daughter pairs staying at Chesley Road the night we were there. Be forewarned: Each young woman was obliged to share the one bed in each room with her mom. The... More
