We had a relaxing, enjoyable stay at the lovely Essex Street Inn. Our room was large, very clean, and comfortable. The fireplace and whirlpool tub were nice touches. For a continental breakfast, there was a nice variety of choices. The location is convenient, and the rates are very reasonable. We look forward to our next visit! more

After reading the favourable reviews regarding this hotel I was extremely disappointed with my room. We stayed here for one night on September 16th. Our room was a large room with Queen sized bed (Room 104) right next to the front desk. One Night Getaway! What a perfect place to stay! My friends & I have stayed here several times. All three buildings are wonderful. The suite we had this times was fabulous. The bedding was so comfortable and appealing. Staff was warm & welcoming...the coffee machine in the breakfast room allows early risers to get a cup before their morning walk.... more
