The bad review was during the management of the previous owner.....Things have changed since then. "Do you need anything?" "Can we help you in any way?" we became good friends with the staff. The new owner is not only upgrading the attitude of the staff, but is making major improvements in the whole facility. He is redecorating rooms, replacing beds,... More

I recently stayed at the inn and had a fabulous time. Bob and his staff were amazing . It was decorated for the Christmas holiday and it was just a perfect way to begin to celebrate. The morning breakfast was not only delicious but a great way to meet new people. This was just a magical place and I am... More

Rooms are beautiful, my daughters were so happy with their room! The house is exquisite and you cannot beat the location. Parking is awful in downtown Newburyport, but if you stay here, you can just park in their lot in the back, and walk everywhere. Very personal service and The nicest owner and we will be back numerous times for... More

I loved my stay at this inn. Bob and his staff were friendly, especially Kendra. Can walk anyplace in downtown Newburyport. I loved the period furniture in the rooms. Continental breakfast in the morning.

We stayed here 4 nights, and thoroughly enjoyed the charming colonial ambiance, cleanliness and hospitality. Bob and his staff were polite, friendly, accommodating, and a pleasure to meet. The Inn is within walking distance of everything in downtown Newburyport, ample parking for the car we hardly drove except for a driving tour up the coast. We stayed in the Sargent... More

This is a nice inn in Newburyport and our room was very good, however the inn keeper could not have been more unfriendly and inhospitable if he tried. The staff, has a whole, was very unfriendly and even rude in some instances. The inn keeper acted as though we were in his way or something. There was no attempt at... More

Had a great time at Clark Currier Inn in Newburyport this past weekend! Innkeeper Bob and his staff were terrific hosts. Accommodations were excellent as was the continental breakfast served each morning. Great place to stay when visiting this charming seaside community.

First time ever, in staying at an Inn/B&B. Absolutely *spoiled*. Clark Currier is like staying in a lovely restoration/museum that feels like HOME. All details and appointments done with care and love by the owner! Breakfast so very nice with homemade croissants, special bread and lots of fresh, delicious fruit and yogurt! Great coffee with a special blend. Great conversation... More

This is a charming B&B in a charming seaport town. The owner is very friendly and helpful with what to see and do in the area. I chose the room in which we stayed from the Inn's website. It was a third floor walk up and spacious but the bath was very small. Continental breakfast served by the owner in... More

I have stayed here twice. This is the place to stay if you have been in awe of the amazing old Newburyport homes on High Street, Green Street and other streets in town and always wondered what they looked like on the inside. This early 1800s manse is well preserved and has it all: a Samuel McIntyre fireplace, a "good... More
