During the same month I have stayed at the Sheraton Needham twice. The rooms I stayed in were fairly clean and the staff were very nice. The there is not much close by when it comes to food other than the hotel restaurant; which overcharges for the food. There is no wireless in the rooms and you are charged for... more

Sheraton 100 Cabot Street Needham MA. A bargain is good to find. Desperate for guests they lowered the price and offer half off the 2nd night at their web page. With little or no convention & meeting business the lobby is a ghost town mid week. But that makes the room rates low. Get a Starwood Preferred Guest Card, it’s... more

If you have business in Needham or Newton, this hotel is by far the best value for dollar. I stayed 3 times paying 115 per night with a rate I could only find on their website. Overall, its kind of run down and not very exciting place but the bed is very comfortable and its easy enough to get work... more

I have stayed at this hotel twice during the past summer - the rooms are fine - not fabulous and not horrific either. The food in the restaurant is overpriced and average. The service has been a bit of both - i have had very helpful people at the front desk and a bunch of errors at the front desk... more

Written lots on this place, so quick update only. Rm 234 one of the ones that has been done up. STILL having issues with hotwater Still dis-organised eg 2 conferences on at hotel, but have run out 6 drinks BEFORE they had even started, and were never replaced during the entire week?! Updated menu - but looks to be basically... more

A nice hotel to spend a few days. Very clean, quiet, and efficient. The restaurant has great food, but it is way overpriced. They make you pay for internet service, but parking is free. The location is right off the highway (but you do not hear any noise/traffic). It takes about 30 minutes to drive to Boston. Restaurants, shopping are... more

I should have known I was going to be disappointed with my stay here when I arrived at 6pm and had to wait 10 minutes to be checked in - there was only one person at the front desk and she seemed to be taking her time with the one person in front of me. The rooms were ok, but... more

I called the hotel to request for a shuttle pickup from the place that I worked and was promptly put on hold. After 15 minutes of hold music, I called a cab to get me to the hotel. the check-in process was quick and I was given access to the lounge given my SPG status. The king size bed room... more

Dirty bathroom and hotel needs to be torn down to get the musty smell out. Poor lighting and torn wallpaper are a nice touch. Very overpriced but they seem to get the bookings for business accounts. Stay in downtown no matter what. You can get a great hotel and pay alot less. more

I had to stay at this hotel for a recent conference and was NOT impressed at all. When I walked in the room the beds were that older burgandy comforter color (with a brown fuzzy blanket in between!!) and the comforter was SO lumpy it looked like the waves of an ocean. They put me in a room with 2... more
