Good location, room as expected, service fine, not too noisy despite house filled with kids' soccer teams. Food okay. Parking charge not reasonable -- they have an empty garage next door and still feel the need to charge for parking. more

We stayed at this hotel after returning to Boston Airport, and driving on to another destination. It was just an interim stop, and I thought the Sheraton brand would offer a reliable experience. The whole hotel has a seedy air; shabby furnishings and not very clean at all. I didn't want to touch anything. For example, in the elevator you... more

During the same month I have stayed at the Sheraton Needham twice. The rooms I stayed in were fairly clean and the staff were very nice. The there is not much close by when it comes to food other than the hotel restaurant; which overcharges for the food. There is no wireless in the rooms and you are charged for... more

Sheraton 100 Cabot Street Needham MA. A bargain is good to find. Desperate for guests they lowered the price and offer half off the 2nd night at their web page. With little or no convention & meeting business the lobby is a ghost town mid week. But that makes the room rates low. Get a Starwood Preferred Guest Card, it’s... more

If you have business in Needham or Newton, this hotel is by far the best value for dollar. I stayed 3 times paying 115 per night with a rate I could only find on their website. Overall, its kind of run down and not very exciting place but the bed is very comfortable and its easy enough to get work... more

The hotel is slightly shabby. We are Starwood Preferred and supposedly get preferential treatment. I would hate to see the other rooms. Room not clean--had to call housekeeping to have bathroom recleaned when we arrived. Son's room had dirty blanket that had to be replaced. Rooms smelled slightly off. On positive note: staff was polite and accomodating. If this is... more

The check-in was fast & friendly, the beds were comfortable, the rooms are spacious, the bathroom products are very nice, it's dog friendly- and all for only $100/ night. The bathrooms could use some updating, but were clean. The TV also needs to be updated. The parking situation is not ideal, but overall this hotel is a great value. more

I have stayed at this hotel twice during the past summer - the rooms are fine - not fabulous and not horrific either. The food in the restaurant is overpriced and average. The service has been a bit of both - i have had very helpful people at the front desk and a bunch of errors at the front desk... more
