The hotel is slightly shabby. We are Starwood Preferred and supposedly get preferential treatment. I would hate to see the other rooms. Room not clean--had to call housekeeping to have bathroom recleaned when we arrived. Son's room had dirty blanket that had to be replaced. Rooms smelled slightly off. On positive note: staff was polite and accomodating. If this is... more

The check-in was fast & friendly, the beds were comfortable, the rooms are spacious, the bathroom products are very nice, it's dog friendly- and all for only $100/ night. The bathrooms could use some updating, but were clean. The TV also needs to be updated. The parking situation is not ideal, but overall this hotel is a great value. more

I have stayed at this hotel twice during the past summer - the rooms are fine - not fabulous and not horrific either. The food in the restaurant is overpriced and average. The service has been a bit of both - i have had very helpful people at the front desk and a bunch of errors at the front desk... more

I stayed on the club level. The Club Room was nice, and added a little convenience -- I didn't have to worry about breakfast in the morning. However, the coffee machine in there did not work. The room was ok, but smelled funny and was noisy. One major drawback is that, because of the way they have the internet cable... more

Written lots on this place, so quick update only. Rm 234 one of the ones that has been done up. STILL having issues with hotwater Still dis-organised eg 2 conferences on at hotel, but have run out 6 drinks BEFORE they had even started, and were never replaced during the entire week?! Updated menu - but looks to be basically... more

I stayed at the Sheraton Needham for a small conference that my company sent me to. All of my experiences so far with Starwood hotels have been satisfactory, so I am not surprised that the Sheraton Needham was pleasing. The room was a nice size, clean and well appointed. The bathroom was relatively large and clean. The conference facilities/ballroom were... more

The property was close to the 2 places I needed to be at so I figured how bad could it be considering the Sheraton name. Well it was pretty bad ! I arrived a little early for check in and was greeted with the question: "Would you like a free room at the Westin a few miles away?" Not knowing... more

A nice hotel to spend a few days. Very clean, quiet, and efficient. The restaurant has great food, but it is way overpriced. They make you pay for internet service, but parking is free. The location is right off the highway (but you do not hear any noise/traffic). It takes about 30 minutes to drive to Boston. Restaurants, shopping are... more

We only stayed at this hotel one night, but it was a fabolous one night! I thought the service was great and our suite was clean. For example we asked for some extra towels and sheets and the housekeeping service was right on top of it! This hotel contains Trophies, which is a bar with over 10 tvs. If you... more
