We stayed at this spot after a concert outside Boston. It is very handy to the split of the I495 and I95, just a short drive up I93. Room was not vacuumed - very dirty. Room smelled. Both of our towels had long black hair on them! YUK. more

This hotel was spotless. We were traveling with our 5 children and they moved us up to non-smoking/connecting rooms at no extra charge. Nice big pillows but the best was a little uncomfortable. We booked many rooms at this hotel for my daughter's wedding the weekend of August 2nd. Our guests had pre-booked via telephone weeks beforehand. Upon arrival, many guests (including those with confirmation numbers) found they had no reservations! They were able to find rooms for the "bumped" guests, but one couple who traveled from CA had to take a small... more
Its a shame you had such terrible service when checking in. The hotel was going through an ownership change and perhaps dropped the ball on your reservations. Regardless, on behalf of the hotel, I deeply regret and apologize for any delay and annoyance this may have caused your wedding party. I hope you will one day give us the opportunity...
This hotel was very good...perfect for business traveler...very large work desk with comfortable ergo chair...the decor is nice also..very modern. Very large 32 inch TV in the room...bathrooms are spotless...good housekeeping...must stay...next to good restaurants within walking distance... more
