I travel quite frequently but normally prefer another hotel chain as my go-to. I was in the area and decided to try Hyatt Place. I will not stay here again because the floor I was on was "non-smoking" but it smelled like old smoke. Almost like the property was formerly smoking and recently went 'non-smoking'. My room was even worse.... More

We booked this hotel because it was less expensive than staying closer to downtown and they didn't charge for parking. We were visiting other places outside of Boston and it was a good location if you have a car -- you can drive to the metro station and pay to park there. If you don't have a car it is... More

Our first trip to Boston and this was a great place to stay. Stayed three nights and were extremely comfortable. We loved the spaciousness of the room; the large window made it airy and bright. Enjoyed the large flat screen TV and couch area for relaxing. The bed was really comfortable. Nice breakfast and very friendly staff. Walking distance to... More

Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked the next day so we could only stay for one night, but everything was great. Large rooms, everything clean, kids loved swimming pool, good breakfast. One minus: it's outside Boston and as far as I know they don't have a shuttle bus to metro station... Parking at metro station is about 5$.

Staff is very friendly and responsive to questions and requests. Rooms are very nice and are good for both families and business people traveling in the area.

We spent 2 nights here with our teen son. Very nice rooms with a complete breakfast available. We parked at Wellington and took the T into Boston for our activities. Our room was a King with a pull out couch for our teen son. Very clean & nicely organized room. The Wellington T (10 minutes easy drive from Hyatt) into... More

To begin, the best Front Desk staff I've ever experienced. They were always friendly, greeted each time we came in, called up after we arrived to make sure all was ok with the room and if we needed anything. The room was large, nice, only downside was the carpets need to be changed or cleaned (stains on carpet). There were... More

I was interested to stay in this hotel as a previious reviewer said, "don't stay here". Actually the hotel is not too bad, except for the stained carpet, some slightly worn furniture and a little mold in the shower. The rest was really good. The bedding was excellent and the room was huge. A big couch, good TV, a work... More

We just spent 4 nights 5 days at the Hyatt Place with a family of 5 - with the kids being 6, 18, and 22. The hotel is a short drive to downtown Boston via the freeway, which we didn't mind too much. They offer a free shuttle to the subway stn, which is only a 10 min drive. The... More

Thank you for your review, we are glad you enjoyed your stay. The highway construction has been a challenge this summer but we must give credit to the contractor for working with us to minimize disruptions as possible. And for completing the project on schedule. Andrew Wardwell General Manager More
