The hotel itself is fine, the food is good, and the service is okay. The real problem here is the kid's hockey teams that literally take over the whole place. There is a large atrium with the restaurant located on the bottom floor and a glass elevator going to the top. I have been to the hotel more than once,... more

We stayed for one night in April 09 for college visits in the area. It's less than 20 minutes from the schools in Worcester. Easy on/off from the highway. We are a family of six and chose to stay here instead of in Worcester because of the large suite type rooms. Typical Embassy Suites. Lots of free parking. Check in... more

My son and I had planned at spend some quality time and figured that the location of the hotel and it's amenities would be favorable. We were very surprised to find the hotel extremely loud during most of the day and until late in the evening. We asked the general manager about this situation and was told that due to... more

I love this hotel! I am from Boston, but had to stay in MetroWest and this was the best hotel! The rooms are luxurious and beautiful! The beds are fabulous. The service was excellent and fun to try! Great waterfall showerheads and nice toilet items! The staff was nice and the hotel has an arcade, a nice restaurant, and an... more

Can I just live at this hotel??? We like Embassy Suites for a lot of reasons. The one-bedroom suites are great for families. (It's about the only suite hotel that understands that the bathroom needs to be accessible to both those in the bedroom and those sleeping in the living area. Everywhere else we stay, kids have to traipse through... more

If you can afford spending over 100 dollars a night, this is a great place to stay. Rooms were spacious, grounds were beautiful, and breakfast was good. Hotel is within walking distance of many resturaunts and shops. The only minor blemish was worn out carpeting in the room. Other than that, everything was perfect. more

Very nice hotel and helpful staff. The only downside was the size of the room. Much smaller than usual at Embassy Suites. In addition, the door between the bedroom and living room was louvered slats, allowing too much noise between the rooms. more

I stayed here with my wife and 2 young children on a July holiday weekend. We did a slightly early check-in (2 pm) and the check-in was quick and friendly. My wife asked at check-in if the hotel was full. The person working the desk said there was a baseball team in the hotel, but that they didn't seem to... more

Spent a recent Saturday night here on our way to a week on Martha's Vineyard. My recently married 27 year old son and his wife were with us. I usually stay at Hampton Inns, but picked this hotel because of the 2 room suite, the positive trip advisor reviews, and a great price that I got off of the internet... more

I stayed two nights at this hotel in late February, 2008. Everything was great. Check-in: Smooth, quick, efficient. Suites: Beautiful and spacious. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Service: Everyone was polite and helpful. I was giving a workshop and needed a flip chart stand and pad delivered to my room No problem! It was there is a few minutes and... more
