Great hotel, but Embassy Suites usually are. The breakfast is perfect and its a nice walk to the convention center at the nearby hotel that is not anywhere near as attractive. more

I lucked out and was in a different tower then I think the normal embassy. You know how the rooms usually open into the atrium, well my tower was like a normal hotel so didn't have all the noise associated with normal embassy room. Went to BC game, was about a 25 minute dirve from hotel. Nice, made to order... more

From a multiyear Diamond VIP. 14 weeks at this hotel. Only stayed in the newer suites, which are large and comfortable. Standard services done well. Exercise facility and pool average, but you can use the nearby and new fitness club. Near a shopping area with several restaurants. more

Excellent hotel stay - we stayed for 10 days and everyday was great. Staff ,from table clearers to managers, were friendly and helpful. The food at breakfasts and manager receptions were superb. The attitudes were positive at all times of the day. Our room was clean daily! The gym had quality equipment and the pool was indoor. Parking was perfect.... more

The hotel itself is fine, the food is good, and the service is okay. The real problem here is the kid's hockey teams that literally take over the whole place. There is a large atrium with the restaurant located on the bottom floor and a glass elevator going to the top. I have been to the hotel more than once,... more

We stayed for one night in April 09 for college visits in the area. It's less than 20 minutes from the schools in Worcester. Easy on/off from the highway. We are a family of six and chose to stay here instead of in Worcester because of the large suite type rooms. Typical Embassy Suites. Lots of free parking. Check in... more

My son and I had planned at spend some quality time and figured that the location of the hotel and it's amenities would be favorable. We were very surprised to find the hotel extremely loud during most of the day and until late in the evening. We asked the general manager about this situation and was told that due to... more

I love this hotel! I am from Boston, but had to stay in MetroWest and this was the best hotel! The rooms are luxurious and beautiful! The beds are fabulous. The service was excellent and fun to try! Great waterfall showerheads and nice toilet items! The staff was nice and the hotel has an arcade, a nice restaurant, and an... more

Can I just live at this hotel??? We like Embassy Suites for a lot of reasons. The one-bedroom suites are great for families. (It's about the only suite hotel that understands that the bathroom needs to be accessible to both those in the bedroom and those sleeping in the living area. Everywhere else we stay, kids have to traipse through... more
